Watching the two of them walk away, Nangong Shulan shook her head. Has she been out of touch with society for too long?

“Sure, if you want to eat it, go buy the ingredients and I’ll make it for you.” Qin Xue planned to catch up on so sleep.

“Correct, can you find them?” Qin Xue asked her sister.
“We have everything at ho except for milk. If not much milk is required, I can try to find that too. But can we drink milk?” Qin Jiale shivered at the thought of milk.
“Don’t underestimate it. Milk powder is made from it, don’t you think it’s drinkable?” Qin Xue couldn’t understand why so many people didn’t recognize the benefits of milk. It was indeed a great item.
“Fine, I’ll go find it. When I get it, I’ll let you know.” As for milk, Qin Jiale wasn’t saying it couldn’t be found, she just thought it was for cows to drink, not humans. She had heard that humans drink milk produced by dairy cows after processing. So she had never seen anyone drink ordinary milk.
“Go ahead, I’m going to sleep. Call when you find everything,” Qin Xue waved her sister off to fetch the ingredients. She had forgotten that Jing Xin ca over last night. Neither had she seen Fang Xiu, nor had anyone else shown up. She just assud they were all still in their rooms, not risen from their slumber, as the weather was just perfect for sleeping in.
Soon after she saw her sister out, she snuggled back into Chu Molin’s arms, closed her eyes, and was fast asleep. Not a single word was exchanged between them, leaving Chu Molin staring at his wife’s sleeping face, utterly helpless.
