“How long have you guys been here and how have your days been?” Xue Ling inquired further.
“Soone cos to feed us at certain tis, so we don’t starve. I overheard them talk about taking us to a better place,” the boy shared what he knew after thinking for a bit.
“You believe them?” Xue Ling slightly rolled her eyes.
“No, sister, I want to go ho.” Cohen had co to Hua Country to visit relatives with his mother but didn’t anticipate being kidnapped.
“Where is your ho?” Xue Ling asked the little boy.
“I don’t know. I was picked up and brought here, so I’m not sure of the location.” Cohen shook his head. He only rembers that his na is Cohen, but he doesn’t recall where he’s from.
“Then how can I take you to find your family?” Xue Ling looked at the clueless child. Sohow, she had stumbled upon this situation. Even so, she wished at least one of the children could tell her where their ho was and who their family mbers were so she could help them.
