“Not at all. If you like it here, I could stay and live here with you. But do you really want that?” Qing Teng assud Qin Xue was reluctant to leave because she appreciated the place.
“No, I want to go ho. I have many things left to do and goals to achieve. I can assure you, I won’t settle here, so don’t feel troubled by it,” Qin Xue had no desire to live here. If she were to settle, it would be back in the Qin family’s village with Nangong Beiying.
“Alright, this place may be my birthplace, but I also don’t want to live here. I’ve done what I needed to for this place, so I owe it nothing. We’ll part ways peacefully,” Qing Teng glanced around the surroundings. She wouldn’t return here; the place held mories of her and her mother, as well as people she wished not to see—it was settled.

“I’ve discussed it with the old man. They can join the special team without participating in the preliminary rounds,” Chu Molin could only secure this benefit for them; any other comndation would depend on the higher-ups.
