“I know, but you know I’m not a normal person. So things can’t be reasoned with conventional logic, can they? If it were truly dangerous, I would not do it. I am not selfless enough to sacrifice myself for others. I have a lover, I have children. So I only help others when it won’t harm my own body.” Qin Xue only did this because she knew it wouldn’t harm her; she had done experints last ti and verified it wouldn’t hurt her.
“Please don’t do this again, alright?” Chu Molin turned around to hug this silly woman.
“Alright, for you, I won’t do it again.” Qin Xue thought to herself that if saying this would put his heart at ease, then why not say it?
“Okay.” Chu Molin still tasted the tallic flavor in his mouth, a taste that filled his mouth with discomfort, making him feel like crying even while holding Qin Xue. He’d never felt like this in his life. But this woman easily affected his emotions, not knowing if it was a good or bad thing.
