Qin Xue didn’t know when Fang Xiu beca so formal, making everything overly polite and creating quite a distance.
"I didn’t an to be so formal with you, it just ca up in conversation, so I ntioned it. Are you mad about that too?" Fang Xiu looked at Qin Xue amusedly. She wasn’t that petty, really, but now she faced her with this expression, it was almost laughable.
"Not really mad, just a bit uncomfortable." Qin Xue, when it ca to people she wasn’t familiar with, didn’t care about their mannerisms and responded in kind. The more unfamiliar, the more polite she was, not rejecting them. But with close sisters, being so formal was a bit unnecessary.
"Haha, you know, you’re going to work outside in the future. If you keep this up, how will you manage? Are you saying people shouldn’t thank you?" Fang Xiu thought Qin Xue wasn’t used to others thanking her.
"That’s not what I ant. We’re so familiar with each other, always together, so it feels a bit strange." If Qin Xue really thought that way, she’d feel it wasn’t good, benefiting others and getting a thank you was expected. It’s just that when you’re too close, saying thank you feels a bit distant.
