The Qin Xue family was enjoying a cheerful dinner, while the Li family on the other side was embroiled in a major conflict. The Li family now is really different from what it used to be; once a harmonious and peaceful family, now they can’t have a single minute of peace, and the chaos is utterly unsettling.
"Mom, can you please stop causing trouble? I won’t divorce An’an, and I only want Jing Yi as my child, so whatever you are thinking won’t happen." It was the first ti Li Zhao spoke such harsh words to his mother.

Her son had never defied her like this, but now he’s doing so because of An Hao. Her heart was truly both heartbroken and furious. It was all An Hao’s fault. If it weren’t for her, her son would still be the obedient child who listened to her. How could he treat her like this?
"Auntie, please don’t be angry. Brother Li Zhao is just speaking in anger; he doesn’t an it." Ou Keren watched Chen Lei trembling with rage, truly fearing she’d faint from it.
"Look at Keren, how understanding she is! Why would you reject such a good girl? What’s so great about An Hao? She can’t do anything, yet you insist on having her. "Mom, I ca back to tell you, I’m moving out. I’m moving to live with An’an and the child." Li Zhao had really had enough of the household atmosphere. Now he just hoped that his grandfather would co back soon, otherwise this family would really fall apart.
And now, because of the family issues, his father was mostly at work and rarely at ho. When he ca back, it was late; he left early again in the morning, which made Li Zhao feel even more stifled.
"What? Zhaozi, are you still my son? You’re forsaking your mother for An Hao and that daughter of hers? How can you do this? If you go on like this, what’s the point of living? I might as well be dead." Chen Lei looked at her son incredulously. What did he just say? He said he was moving out. How dare he say that?
"Mom, please be reasonable. I’m married; I have my own family, a child. I can’t be irresponsible. You are my mom, you shouldn’t push like this. If you continue, I feel like you’re going to drive to my wits’ end." Li Zhao was in extre agony. If he’d known it would be like this, he would have stayed with his wife in S Province back then. Why did he co back? After coming back, he thought they could all be happy together as a family, but it didn’t take long for so many things to happen.
"You actually say I’m driving you to your wits’ end, Zhaozi, have you no conscience? I’m your mother; would I harm you? Everything I do is for your own good. You don’t appreciate it at all, and even accuse of wanting to harm you. It’s too heartbreaking. Fine, you want to go, then go. For a woman like that, you abandon even your mother, then go. Get out of sight, lest we both look at each other in disgust." Chen Lei was furious and hearing her son’s words, she was so angry she didn’t even know what she was saying.
"Mom, I’m moving out just so everyone can cool down a bit. After a while, I’ll co back with An’an and the child to visit you." Li Zhao carried his luggage downstairs and took a deep look at his mother. He didn’t even know how things had gotten to this point. Where did the gentle and kind mother he used to know go? Why had their family beco like this?
