"What a scare, I thought it would be three or five, but I feel relieved with just two." When Qin Xue ntioned there might be many children, Chu Molin stared at Qin Xue’s belly. Hearing there were only two, he sighed in relief; it wasn’t several, or else how could his wife’s small belly hold them all?
Perhaps it was because Qin Xue had previously carried twins that Chu Molin wasn’t worried about her being pregnant with twins again, but hearing it wasn’t more than three made him relax. Although he’s never heard of or seen more than three, he knew whatever Qin Xue said was true, so he believed in the possibility of such multiple births.
"Aren’t you surprised at all? Don’t you think it’s odd that the last pregnancy was twins and now there’s another set of twins?" Qin Xue looked at this man who was different from others; perhaps he was acting a bit too normal.
"What’s there to be surprised about?" Chu Molin was indeed sowhat surprised inside; he just didn’t show it. The chances were incredibly low, yet it happened to them. Truly, he had nothing to say about it.
"Sigh, it’s really worrying, Chu Molin. You must be ntally prepared; the policy is officially out now, and with family planning, there can be no more births."
"Any other policies?" Chu Molin asked Qin Xue after pausing for a mont.
"Those who are supported by the state can only have one child, not two; that’s the firm rule." Qin Xue didn’t know about anything else, but this she did.
"Alright, I understand." Chu Molin thought, as long as it wasn’t about asking her to abort the children.
"Why are you so calm?" Qin Xue looked at Chu Molin; this would an losing the job he loves, yet why wasn’t he nervous at all?
"How should I act normal if I’m not calm?" Chu Molin looked at Qin Xue, not knowing what she was thinking. Wasn’t this a very normal thing? How should he react?
"Alright, pretend I didn’t ask." Qin Xue shook her head, realizing that regarding this matter, she and Chu Molin were out of sync, not knowing what he was thinking, thus unable to agree on anything.
"Xue’er, don’t talk anymore, wolves are coming." Chu Molin was about to say sothing when he abruptly stopped; quite a number of them were coming.
"Chu Molin, why are there so many Snow Wolves?" Qin Xue asked Chu Molin with her lips.
"No idea." Chu Molin shook his head; how would he know why there were so many wolves? He was even more worried.
Originally, they had co here because Ye Xuan and that wolf had disappeared. But now, so many Snow Wolves appeared here; telling anyone would be unbelievable. Previously, he had heard people ca to look for Snow Wolves here, but they couldn’t find any. And yet, they were lucky enough to encounter so many upon arrival; he truly didn’t know how to explain it.
"Have they spotted us?" Qin Xue tightly grabbed Chu Molin’s hand, her palms sweating.
"Let’s go into the space." Chu Molin quickly said.
"Alright." Qin Xue’s words had just fallen when the two disappeared from the spot, and the head wolf instantly appeared at the entrance where they had been hiding.
"That was close." At the mont of vanishing, Chu Molin saw a white figure land at the entrance of the cave.
