"Awake now, slept well?" Chu Molin looked at the bleary eyes in front of him. Freshly awake, she had an adorably dazed look, almost like she montarily forgot where she was.
Indeed, Qin Xue montarily forgot where she was, and when she heard the question, she was confused for a mont.
"Chu Molin, you woke up this early?" Qin Xue’s awareness returned. This guy probably didn’t sleep at all; his eyes were so clear, not at all like soone who just woke up.
"I did sleep, just woke up early," Chu Molin sighed inwardly. His sleeping habits are not great, and with her pregnant now, her sleeping posture is even more intolerable. But she’s his wife, so he suffers joyfully.
But to ease her mind, our dear wolf decisively lied, with no sense of guilt whatsoever.
"Really, not lying to ?" Qin Xue looked at him skeptically. Shouldn’t a person who has slept have disheveled hair and sleepy eyes? He shows none of that and still behaves so composed; he doesn’t seem like soone who just woke up.
"Really, you know I usually get up to train. I have to run and exercise every morning, so how could I get up this late? My body clock is used to it; it’s hard to change," Chu Molin tucked the hair on her face behind her ears, touching her brows. As long as you sleep well, that’s enough. It’s okay if I sleep less.
Qin Xue didn’t know Chu Molin’s thoughts. After hearing his explanation, she believed him. Indeed, a person’s biological clock is like a set alarm; once accustod, you’ll wake up at the set ti, and it takes a while to change.
Yet she thought maybe Chu Molin didn’t want to change his routine because he’d still get up to exercise in the future. So, changing his lifestyle really seed unlikely.
Anyway, Chu Molin lies without blushing. He spoke so much without considering what Qin Xue thought. As far as her thoughts are concerned, Chu Molin feels as long as she’s listening, that’s fine; he’ll do the actions.
Their thoughts were different, so for Qin Xue, she didn’t know how to express her feelings to Chu Molin. After so thought, she still kept quiet.
"Want to get up, or sleep a bit more?" Chu Molin propped his body up, looking at Qin Xue. Her deanor made him want to tease her, but seeing her protruding belly, he held back.
"Hmm, let’s get up, there’s quite a bit to do today." Last night, Qin Xue said she’d pack their luggage, but because of Chu Molin’s mischief, nothing got done.
"Alright."
"Hmm, I haven’t brushed my teeth yet." Qin Xue glared at him. Really, she hadn’t even freshened up, yet he kissed her.
"I don’t mind," Chu Molin of course knew, but he just wanted to give a loving greeting now.
"Next ti I’ll eat garlic." Qin Xue said, annoyed.
"As long as you can handle it, go ahead." Chu Molin paused internally, not wanting to encounter such a scene, but wouldn’t speak it aloud.
"Such a strong taste." Qin Xue was speechless. He didn’t mind even that; she’d have to be crazy to eat garlic for this.
Chu Molin watched her disdainful expression, smiling at Qin Xue. This silly woman, what should he say?
Does she not realize he’s joking? Not just her, even he wouldn’t want to sll such a strong odor, but he couldn’t let Qin Xue know that, otherwise, how could he enjoy future benefits?
