Because they felt this shop needed an extra room to store things. The main issue was that after they arrived here, they had more things that needed storing. The room Qin Yu previously slept in was too small and had no extra space, which was inconvenient. That’s why they rented another room. Once it was tidied up, it turned into a nice room.
So, now that Qin Xue and her husband have arrived, they have a place to stay, unlike before when it was very cramped, which wasn’t acceptable for them.
No matter what, when the daughter and son-in-law co, they have to stay, even if it ans the hosts go outside to live. This was Qin Lei’s solution.
"Okay, we’ll put our things down first before coming over," Qin Xue nodded in agreent. They had quite a lot of things, so they needed to settle them before thinking about anything else.
"Shulan, are you cooking?" Qin Lei didn’t see his wife in the store, thinking she might be in the kitchen cooking, so he headed that way.
"Mm, have you bought the groceries?" Nangong Shulan couldn’t say much, seeing her husband return. She could only take the groceries and start preparing them. What else could she do?
"Then make so noodles too. Qin Xue and Molin are back. I sent them to drop off their luggage, and they’ll join us for dinner later," Qin Lei figured she had already prepared the al. With two more people, they’d just need to add a bit more food.
"Why would Qin Xue and Molin co back?" Nangong Shulan wondered; could sothing have happened?
"I don’t know either. We’ll ask them properly later to see what’s going on. She said she ca back to make wine. Shulan, you should be prepared; Qin Xue is already a few months pregnant." Qin Lei looked at his wife, hoping she wouldn’t get too excited.
"Really? That’s great news. It’ll be good to raise the child together, and they’ll grow up together too." Nangong Shulan wasn’t too excited to the point of being incoherent. Instead, she was contemplating what would be the best course of action.
She had to make sothing delicious for her daughter. After hearing this news, she wasn’t thinking of anything else but checked what ingredients were available in the kitchen to cook sothing appetizing for her daughter and son-in-law.
When Qin Xue and the others entered the room ntioned by Qin Lei, they looked around. The space was small but tidy, which was quite nice.
This was sothing they hadn’t known beforehand. They hadn’t expected the parents to think of this; even when there’s no one living here, they could store so wine inside.
Qin Xue had considered buying a house here, but since they weren’t here, there was no need. Eventually, they planned to develop everything in Imperial Capital and would bring the parents over, so she intended to buy them a house over there.
However, discussing this now was premature; everything depended on seeing the results first.
"Xue’er, let’s go see Mom and Dad first; we can talk about other things later." After Chu Molin put everything away, he saw Qin Xue staring and reminded her.
"Okay, let’s go." Qin Xue thought that since they had just arrived, they should see the parents first. All other matters could wait. What else could they do?
As children, the first thing that should co to mind is the parents. Once all matters settle down, there will be plenty of ti to chat.
Qin Xue agreed with Chu Molin, walked over to his side, and together they headed outside. Here, she knew quite a few people and had a lot she wanted to do.
"Mom, Dad, is there anything you need help with?" Before Qin Xue could speak, Chu Molin asked first. He had never thought about the idea that n shouldn’t enter the kitchen; the notion of n avoiding cooking didn’t exist for him.
