"Chu Molin, once we get back, I’ll teach you how to handle the other acupuncture points. Then I need to take care of so other things, which might keep busy," Qin Xue said to Chu Molin after their playful banter.
"What are you busy with? I’ll help you," Chu Molin looked at her big belly. It’s already so swollen; she shouldn’t overexert herself.
"No need. The current tasks don’t require your involvent. I can handle them on my own," Qin Xue refused his offer. She had matters she could solve independently and didn’t need his help. He should focus on learning what he needs to learn.
"Alright, let know if you need anything." Chu Molin observed her expression, understanding she was not being stubborn, so he let it be.
"Of course, you are my husband. If I don’t rely on you, who else would I rely on? If sothing cos up, I’ll definitely co to you. Rest assured, you’ll be busy then," Qin Xue didn’t have anyone else to lean on; when help was needed, she’d certainly turn to her husband.
"Hmm, take a break now. There’s still plenty of ti," Chu Molin said after they had talked for so long and he’d learned acupuncture techniques for so long. Though he wasn’t tired, she must be.
"Alright, wake up when we arrive." Qin Xue indeed felt exhausted, and despite trying to hold out, Chu Molin noticed it, so she didn’t force herself anymore.
"Hmm." Chu Molin moved a bit away, letting her sleep soundly, then watched her as she closed her eyes to sleep.
"Sleep well, you’ll wake up once we get there," Chu Molin gently covered her with a blanket, speaking softly.
Once her breathing beca steady, he moved to his own bed.
"Elder brother, your love for sister-in-law is truly enviable," Lin Ziqi, who hadn’t spoken since being rebutted earlier, woke up and saw Chu Molin looking thoughtfully at Qin Xue.
This kind of affection is truly enviable; it always seems like no one can co between it.
"You can find soone too." Finding soone yourself will avoid envying others.
