After hearing Qin Xue’s words, An Hao looked up at her with a puzzled expression, unsure why she was asking this.
“What can I do? I don’t know how to do anything.” An Hao said after so thought.
“Didn’t you ntion soone wanting a wedding dress? Then, you could open a store and also apply makeup for custors. That should definitely work.” Qin Xue was aware of how thriving the wedding industry was in the modern era.
“But I’m not good at applying makeup.” An Hao only knew how to do basic makeup.
“As long as you know the basics of makeup, it’s easy to learn the rest. I can teach you so, though I’m not so proficient in the complicated stuff.” Qin Xue did know how to apply makeup from her past life; she first started by helping An Xiaochen and then later on herself. However, because she spent most of her ti in the hospital, she didn’t use makeup often, but she did know the techniques.
“Really? Then I’ll listen to your advice. But about the wedding dresses…” An Hao was thinking about the ones from West Street.
“If you open up a store, I’ll call Mr. Guo. However, you might need to invest quite a lot at first.” Qin Xue thought about the dresses on West Street. Currently, there were only two, and if An Hao were to open a shop, they would need more than that. The materials were high-grade, so they’d be quite expensive.
“That’s not a problem. My parents gave a rather generous dowry, and I haven’t touched it yet. I can use it as an investnt if I plan to open a shop.” An Hao’s parents, who were both scientists and researchers, have hardly had ti to be with her but have been extrely generous with money. When she got married, she received an incredibly sizable dowry – after all, she was their only daughter. If not her, who else would they spend on?
“If that’s the case, then it’s all right. Later, I’ll go back and design a couple of renovation plans and have Qiqi help us with them. Also, I need to make a call to Mr. Guo and send him so new plans.” Qin Xue had no intention of hiding this from An Hao or Chu Xiaoqiao.
“That sounds perfect. With this, I will have sothing to do in the future.” An Hao thought she wouldn’t have to sit and idle around at ho.
“Yes, it’s always best for a woman to have so sort of career.” Qin Xue replied, hearing what An Hao had to say.
Chu Xiaoqiao, sitting aside, felt envious listening to them, wishing she had the money to do sothing too.
“Sis-in-law, when can I beco like you?” Chu Xiaoqiao asked, filled with admiration, longing to be a strong woman too.
“I can teach both you and An Hao makeup techniques, but I would like to ask you a favor. Could you help manage the store?” Qin Xue thought about what Molin ntioned, helping her secure a slot to take the dical qualification examination. When that happens, she would return to her old profession again, aning that her store would need soone else to manage it. Having t Chu Xiaoqiao so many tis, she thought it was a good idea to have her help manage the store.
“Really? That’s great! This ans I’ll have sothing to do too.” Chu Xiaoqiao was overjoyed. She had thought that when Qin Xue asked her to help with stuff yesterday, it was rely a playful remark. Upon hearing her serious proposition now, she was ecstatic.
“Seriously, how much do you want to get out and do sothing? Isn’t it nice to just stay at ho? It’s like you guys are delighted to hear that you’ll be working.” Qin Xue thought about the many people who would kill for their current lifestyle. Yet, here they were, treating it like it was sothing vile they wanted to shake off as fast as possible.
“It’s not bad, but just incredibly boring. Every month, we’re waiting for the money our families send us. We don’t even feel happy spending that money. We’d much rather earn our own money by doing sothing aningful.” Chu Xiaoqiao was the one who felt this the strongest.
