"Mr. Hiroi, Teacher Kohei Tanaka, you've truly captured the soul of this project."

"Right?!" Prince Hiroi exclaid, slapping his thigh with excitent. "The first ti I heard that demo, goosebumps ran down my spine! It's practically a battle anthem custom-made for our 'Flower Troupe'!"

He paced eagerly around the small office, gesturing wildly at the sketches plastered across the walls.

"Teacher Kosuke Fujishima's character designs are finalized, Teacher Toshihiro Matsubara's script outline is approved, and Madhouse's art style—everything is moving in the perfect direction!"

Takuya Nakayama nodded with a smile, waiting for Prince Hiroi to calm down before posing the critical question.

"The music is the skeleton, but we need a voice to breathe life into it. Have we settled on the vocalist yet?"

The question instantly chilled Prince Hiroi's animated expression.

He scratched his head and sat back down with a troubled expression. "We haven't... I'm actually struggling with this myself. Executive Director, any suggestions?"

"I do have an idea, though it's still rough." Takuya Nakayama pulled up a chair and leaned forward slightly. "Let's not approach established singers."

"Oh?" Prince Hiroi's ears perked up imdiately.

"Let's find a newcor," Takuya continued, his deliberate pace ensuring each word landed with impact. "A young voice actress who can both dub and sing. We'll have her voice the protagonist, Sakura Shinguji, and also perform the the song."

Prince Hiroi stared blankly, seemingly missing the deeper implications.

Takuya pressed on, "Think about it. We need a voice that captures the essence of Sakura Shinguji—a blossoming teenage girl who appears delicate but possesses an unyielding inner strength. If the dubbing and singing are done by the sa person, the unity and imrsion of the character will far surpass anything a big-na singer could achieve."

He paused, then revealed a deeper layer of his plan.

"It's not just the protagonist. We'll select all the Flower Troupe mbers based on this standard. The voice actors must have basic singing skills. Why?"

Takuya Nakayama's gaze turned intense.

"Because our 'Imperial Opera House' isn't just a hollow backdrop! Mr. Hiroi, haven't you ever considered letting them truly stand on a real stage?"

"Stand... on a stage?!"

Prince Hiroi's head snapped up, his breath catching for a mont.

"Exactly, a stage play!" Takuya Nakayama snapped his fingers. "Imagine the scene: players' beloved characters, brought to life by the very voice actors who lend them their voices, wearing the ga's battle uniforms, performing 'Charge! Imperial Assault Force' live on stage—what kind of impact would that have?"

"Right, I was so busy with field research at the Takarazuka Revue that I almost forgot about this part of the project!" Prince Hiroi's mind buzzed as he rembered the oversight.

Ga, ani, music, live stage—a groundbreaking cross-dia collaboration plan crystallized clearly before his eyes.

"Players form emotional bonds with the characters in the ga, and then they can see them co to life in live theater performances. This cross-dinsional experience is truly unique!" Takuya Nakayama continued, "Moreover, by choosing young, rookie voice actors, we can nurture their careers over ti. Our Sakura Wars project is planned to last at least ten years! The fact that we can grow alongside them—that itself is a compelling story."

"And let's not forget..." A sly smile crept across Takuya Nakayama's face. "From a business perspective, rookies are... affordable."

This blunt truth shattered the last shred of hesitation in Prince Hiroi's mind.

"I understand! I completely understand!"

Prince Hiroi shot to his feet, furiously scribbling in his notebook as he muttered to himself, "Voice actor idolization—no, symbiosis between character and voice actor! Centering on the characters, we'll build a three-dinsional entertainnt empire! Genius! Executive Director, you're a genius!"

Watching Prince Hiroi fully enter "Sage Mode," Takuya Nakayama knew that the most crucial piece had fallen into its rightful place.

"Then it's settled." Takuya Nakayama stood up and patted Prince Hiroi on the shoulder. "Organize an extravagant voice actor audition imdiately. Find our Sakura Shinguji—find our Imperial Combat Revue: Flower Division!"

"Yes! I guarantee we'll accomplish this mission!" Prince Hiroi snapped to attention, saluting with blazing fervor in his eyes.

As Takuya Nakayama exited Prince Hiroi's office, he felt elated.

Sakura Wars, the cherry blossom destined to stun an era, now had not only the finest gardener but also a ticulously prepared plan to shock the world once it blood.

The atmosphere at the Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Gihon's Dying Embers theatrical premiere was electric.

Takuya Nakayama, champagne glass in hand, wove through the chattering crowd and headed straight for Makoto Yamashina, President of Bandai.

"President Yamashina, congratulations. Bandai's models are going to sell like hotcakes again," Takuya said with a smile, raising his glass in a toast.

"Thank you, thank you. It's all thanks to Executive Director Nakayama's Universal Completion Plan from back in the day," Yamashina replied, his face beaming as he clinked glasses with Takuya. "That laid the groundwork for the entire story. And Sunrise did a brilliant job editing this theatrical version—they distilled the essence of the OVA series perfectly."

The comrcial success had put the Bandai CEO in an exceptionally good mood.

After exchanging a few casual remarks about the film's reception, Takuya casually changed the subject. "Speaking of which, Bandai's recent gas on the ga Drive have been receiving quite positive feedback."

Makoto Yamashina's smile widened. "Yes, especially the card RPG Dragon Ball Z. Sales have been outstanding."

"Hmm, that one is indeed excellent," Takuya nodded, then added casually, "After all, I was the one who provided the concept."

Makoto Yamashina's smile froze on his face.

Takuya, seemingly oblivious to the change in Yamashina's expression, continued, "As for the fighting gas like World's Strongest Martial Arts Tournant and Robot Assembly, they're essentially repurposed versions of Sega's existing templates. To maintain quality, our Sega technicians have been stretched thin, juggling their own projects while helping you with debugging. It's becoming unsustainable."

The corner of Makoto Yamashina's forehead twitched slightly, and his hand froze mid-air, wineglass suspended.

This wasn't just a complaint; it was a veiled threat.

Without Sega's technical support, Bandai's ga developnt team would grind to a halt.
