The core was not a solid object, but an ancient, simple stone stele floating at the center of the vortex, covered in cracks.
The stele’s material was neither tal nor stone, and what was carved upon it was not words, but fragnts of the flowing trajectory of so kind of Law Power!
Though most of the runes had already broken and dimd, the remaining radiance still outlined a profound artistic conception that stirred up tides of Spatial Energy—the [Tide Leading Sky Technique].
Just as Si Lingle tried to use Space Power to imprint and record the Law on this broken stele, the Obsession Core seed to sense the intrusion. Countless beautiful illusions instantly twisted into soul-rending shrieks and warped spatial blades, lashing in from all directions at once to shred her apart!
Si Lingle gave a cold snort. Her twin pupils suddenly shone bright like two silver stars!
She did not clash with the Illusion Realm head-on. Her ten fingers moved as though plucking invisible zither strings, and ten streams of pure Space Dao Rhythm shot out at the sa ti, precisely piercing into ten Space Nodes around the stele’s body.
"Still!"
The sa-origin aura of the "Heart of Space" fragnt spread out in response.

As though a stabilizer had been injected, the entire berserk Illusion Realm vortex suddenly froze! Those frenzied, strangling attacks also showed an instant of delay and disorder.

Si Lingle’s Divine Thought flashed like lightning, and in that instant she completed a full imprint of the stele’s Law fragnts.
At the mont of success, her figure retreated sharply, slipping free of the vortex core like glimring light skimming over water.
Deprived of a target, the attacks collided and annihilated one another. That vast mirage Illusion Realm slowly sank back into calm amid a low hum, once more draping itself in a gorgeous facade, lying in wait for the next prey.
Following the pulse of the "Heart of Space," Si Lingle arrived at a barren, deathly silent valley of reefs. Here the Space Law was unusually "thin," and instead there spread another kind of unsettling "vacuum" sensation.
The ground was dark, a field of shattered stone that seed to have been completely drained of energy.
However, with her Perception elevated to a new realm, Si Lingle imdiately caught an anomaly—within those seemingly ordinary, giant black reefs honeycombed like beehives, countless extrely faint yet incomparably cold and hungry life fluctuations were hidden.
They were the native inhabitants of this place—[Space-devouring Lice]!
This type of creature fed on Spatial Energy and leaking fragnts of Law, their bodies extrely tiny, flea-like, with semi-transparent carapaces, and mouthparts sharp enough to gnaw through ordinary Immortal Treasures.
A single Space-devouring Louse was nothing to worry about, but they were like an invisible ant tide, living in colonies in numbers of billions, and could perfectly rge with the thin spatial background here, making them hard to detect even by Heavenly Immortal Level Divine Thoughts.
Once they managed to swarm close and wrap around their prey, in less than the span of a mont immortal power would be exhausted, protective Immortal Treasures would collapse, and even the Primordial Spirit would not escape being gnawed away.
Si Lingle halted. She could feel that deep within the largest Black Stone Mountain ahead, the pulse of the Heart of Space fragnt grew ever clearer, pointing toward the core of the mountain’s belly, but this terrifying louse tide was a path she had to pass through.
Forcing her way through would consu an enormous amount of energy and would very easily trigger a riot of the entire swarm.
A glint of light flashed in her silver-gray eyes. A sowhat risky, yet sufficient plan to avoid the vast majority of trouble took shape in her mind.
She did not circulate any conspicuous Immortal Power Shield. Her body relaxed slightly as she communed with the Heart of Void Relic at her Dantian.
A nearly imperceptible force field spread over her body surface—this field was not for defense or isolation, but a kind of camouflage: it simulated the surrounding, extrely thin, near-"nonexistent" Space Law background!
At the sa ti, she carefully guided a wisp of original Space Dao Rhythm from the "Heart of Space" fragnt to coil around her, emitting an aura highly similar to the energy of this region, yet of a higher Level—a "superior" presence.
To the Space-devouring Lice, whose sensitivity to Spatial Energy was extre, this aura was like the intimidation of a colossal beast of their own kind.
Si Lingle, like a ghost rged into the thin air, stepped into the louse-nest zone.
The碎 stone beneath her feet made no sound.
Each step she took landed precisely in subtle gaps between the activity routes of the louse swarms, or in natural "safe zones" ford where the shadows of massive reefs were cast.
Countless Space-devouring Lice were close at hand; so even scuttled quickly past along the edges of reef hollows.
They would occasionally pause, their semi-transparent compound eyes turning with a hint of confusion toward Si Lingle’s direction. The lingering resonance of that High-level space made them instinctively feel both "comfortable" and a faint, hard-to-detect sense of oppression, as if that was the aura of the mother nest.
