Chapter 1585: Chapter 1261: Success (Part 2)

“Elder Qing, do you have any ideas? Please share them so that we younger generations may learn.”

“I’m getting on in years, my mind is muddled and can’t co up with any plans. I’m rely borrowing wisdom from others.”

Continuing, Elder Qing said, “This matter cannot be hidden; it must be proclaid to the world, and other forces must be invited to collectively suppress the Demonic Tao, forcing them to swear an oath.”

“At the sa ti, we can’t rely entirely on this. We must take action ourselves, at least to cleanse the East Continent and prevent the threat of the Demonic Tao.”

“If I rember correctly, many years ago there was a secret technique called the Lotus Seed Skill, which was widely known in the East Continent and had a miraculous effect on purifying evil filth. Perhaps we can invest more effort in developing it further.”

“And integrate it into the Heavenly Pillar Array so that if the evil filth in a certain area of the East Continent suddenly becos dense, the array will imdiately respond, alerting nearby forces. By then, we can target specifically and won’t need to actively search everywhere as we do now, which is ti-consuming and labor-intensive.”

One must admit, wisdom cos with age!

The suggestions proposed by Elder Qing truly considered all aspects and angles.

If we can completely eradicate the pollution caused by the Demon Cultivators, it would be ideal. However, if it’s unresolved, for instance, if other factions are unwilling to cooperate, then the Immortal Dao should take action independently to expel all Demon Cultivators hiding in the East Continent.

After temporarily resolving the current crisis, there are thoughts on long-term solutions, starting with the Lotus Seed Skill to restrain the evil filth, and even whimsically thinking about the Eight-direction Heavenly Pillar Array.

As Elder Qing finished speaking, the scene fell silent, as everyone pondered the effectiveness of this set of thods seriously.

“Indeed, Elder Qing! The thods you’ve proposed truly seem like they might solve the lurking threat everyone worries about.”

“Yeah, Elder Qing is remarkable!”

Soon, a Heavenly Immortal praised, and no one rebuked.

After all, it was apparent that this was the best and most effective plan.

“Stop flattering nonstop; the actual effect can only be known after it’s implented.”

Elder Qing remained calm and was not swayed by everyone’s praise, stating rely, “The activation ti of the array has already been long enough, let’s stop here. I hope that in this matter, everyone can put aside past enmities and cooperate fully to resolve this crisis smoothly.”

He knew well that this persuasion might not be very useful, as the hatred between so Immortal Dao factions was greater than with Demon Cultivators.

“Also, don’t forget to convey the ssage to other factions, letting them know quickly to see if they are willing to jointly pressure the Demonic Tao to abandon that rebellious idea.”

As his words concluded, the Spirit Light representing the Qingyuan Sect extinguished.

Other forces also gradually retreated; the Xiaxian Sect closed the fastest, as they were the primary ritualists of this array, which consud more Spiritual Energy and Spiritual Objects.

Within a few breaths, the Spirit Light was completely extinguished.

Once the news about the Demon Cultivators planning to pollute the Spirit Veins and destroy the heavens and earth leaked, it imdiately ignited the overwhelming fury of all forces and beings in the Primal Spirit Realm!

“A bunch of bastards, if they want to die, there are many ways to do so; why drag others down with them.”

“This shaless collection of scoundrels!”

Upon knowing the plans of the Demon Cultivators, not a single being refrained from cursing the Demon Cultivators and the Demonic Tao.

Yet, with matters having reached this point, no amount of cursing would help; what could be done now was to think of ways to resolve it promptly.

anwhile, the Immortal Dao made the evil plans of the Demonic Tao public for other factions to know.

When the Xiaxian Sect activated the Heavenly Pillar Array, factions like the Divine Path, Ghost Clan, Devil Race, and Sea Clan took notice.

At the ti, they speculated about what might have occurred to lead the Immortal Dao to activate the array covering the entire East Continent.

Only now did they finally understand the gravity of the situation.

Initially, factions like the Sea Clan and Devil Race were concerned about what they should do if Demon Cultivators attempted the sa on their territories.

Especially the Sea Clan, who had just been through another battle over the Western Sea and had significant casualties on both sides; new grudges mounted without resolving past grievances after seizing the Western Sea from the Demonic Tao earlier.

But soon after, they cald down.

They were nearly misled by the Immortal Dao.

Currently, it was evident that the Demonic Tao’s energies were focused on the Immortal Dao and couldn’t afford to address other factions, as they had yet to reach a capability to contend with two major factions simultaneously.

Thus, the best course of action now would be to stand by and watch the human race’s internal skirmishes until both sides weakened, possibly taking advantage of the situation then!

Upon realizing this, the Sea Clan and Devil Race naturally decided not to partake in the action of pressuring the Demonic Tao to pledge an oath.

The Ghost Clan and the Ancient Remnant Race in the Northern Domain also opted to stand aside.

Their reasons bore similarity; one was insufficient strength, making it unnecessary to engage in battles between the two major factions of Immortals and Demons, as it might backfire if mishandled; the other was the distance, making it improbable to affect their territories shortly.

This left only the Divine Path and Human Dao.

Whether or not these two factions wished to join the Immortal Dao alliance no longer impacted the situation, as the Demonic Tao could withstand the pressure to this extent.

And realizing the underlying issue, they neither accepted nor explicitly rejected, maintaining a state of ambiguity.

“As expected, just as Daoist Ge ntioned, one can’t rely on other factions as they only know to stand by and exploit the situation.”

“Fortunately, Elder Qing’s asures are well-considered, enabling proceeding to the next step.”

Soon, various forces in the East Continent took action, summoning Loose Cultivators to search through the Underground Palace, combing through every corner, finding the Underground Palace, expelling or killing all Demon Cultivators, ensuring that not a single Demon Cultivator remained on the East Continent!

This thod, though sowhat clumsy, proved trendously effective in bringing many Demon Cultivators to justice. No one cared about their lives; the lucky ones might escape once or twice, but most perished on this field.

Yet, such actions by the Immortal Dao further infuriated the Demonic Tao.

No longer shrouded in secrecy, they openly appeared on the East Continent, easily inciting battles.

The Demon Cultivators were not seeking self-harm, but were rather collecting fresh blood, corpses, and Spiritual Souls, seemingly intending to hasten the cultivation of demonic entities and subsequently pollute the Spirit Veins of this land!

The Demon Powers understood that the Immortal Dao was utterly determined this ti to expel them entirely, returning tranquility and purity to the East Continent.

Yet, they were also acutely aware that solely relying on the Demon Cultivators in the East Continent couldn’t stir up a significant storm.

However, making the Demon Cultivators willingly suffer, accepting severe losses without resistance, was simply impossible!

Thus the Demonic Tao changed tactics, choosing not to let the Immortal Dao be at ease, even in death.

Under these circumstances, they did manage to cultivate four magical entities successfully in one State Domain!

“Finally, it’s ready; now let’s see how powerful you are,” remarked a certain Human Immortal Demon Cultivator responsible for this matter, unable to suppress a sigh.

The preparation for this was ticulous and arduous, with an imnse price paid, yet finally, success had been achieved!

The Demon Cultivator quickly put aside any emotional attachnt, progressing towards the nearby Spirit Vein.

He didn’t perform any actions, rely taking out the four magical entities and placing them on the Spirit Vein; they rapidly dissolved, finally rging with the Spirit Vein!

The originally dazzling, crystalline Spirit Vein suddenly had streaks of black lines, making the Spirit Vein unsightly.

Most crucially, the Spirit Vein now generated not only Spiritual Energy but also loathso Demonic Qi!
