Just when Li Zhirui and the others had lost all hope, a furious roar, like a thunderclap on a clear day, erupted beside everyone's ears, "You have so nerve, attacking mbers of the Li Clan!"
"Ren is back!" Li Zhirui excitedly looked up, but his line of sight was blocked by the loose cultivators; he couldn't see Li Shiren's situation at all.
"A Foundation Establishnt cultivator?!"
"Run for it!"
It was unknown who led the way, but the loose cultivators, who had been attacking ferociously, stopped in an instant and fled into the distance without looking back.
"Ren, catch that cultivator with a Treasure Bead on his head, there's sothing strange about him!" Li Zhirui used mana to amplify his voice, hoping Li Shiren would hear him.
"Damn it!" The loose cultivator, hidden in the crowd and unable to get far because of the chaos, was very noticeable with the Treasure Bead on his head. By the ti he wanted to retract it, Li Shiren's Divine Sense had already locked onto him.

It was also thanks to Li Shiren's prompt reaction that upon the outbreak of the commotion, he rushed over to protect the clan mbers at Cloudtop Pavilion.
"What happened to Zhirui?" As soon as Li Shiren entered, seeing the weak Li Zhirui, he quickly inquired.

Although there had never been an attack on the Marketplace in Yunping State, for safety's sake, the Yuanming Sect would change the location of the Array Eye every few years, and inside the sect, no more than five people knew of it!
"Did soone from the sect leak you the information?" Sun Dahai imdiately dismissed this guess; those in the know were all high-ranking officials, and having the Marketplace destroyed would be of no benefit to them.
"Are you an Array Master, and to find the Array Eye, have you hidden in the Marketplace for a long ti?" Sun Dahai asked incredulously, "How did you get in?"
On the gates of the Marketplace were hung a Treasure Mirror, which had no other purpose than to penetrate the true cultivation level of cultivators and record their aura. Even Golden Core cultivators had difficulty slipping past it, so how did she, a re Foundation Establishnt cultivator, get in?!
"You ask too many questions." The elder said impatiently, interrupting Sun Dahai, and speaking to the three people beside him, "Stop wasting ti and finish him off quickly!"

And the mont Sun Dahai died, the Yuanming Sect would certainly know sothing was wrong in Yunqing Marketplace.
It wasn't that they didn't want to spare Sun Dahai, to delay the Yuanming Sect from learning of the incident. However, seeing through their intentions, Sun Dahai launched a desperate attack, forcing them to defend themselves or risk injury. Even severely wounded, Sun Dahai considered self-destructing to bring down a few of them with him, forcing the four to kill him.
