Just as the Leone family's rumors said, her physical strength was the greatest within Night Raid—like an indestructible lion queen.
Fortunately, Akuto had prepared for this.
Keeping one hand on Leone's beast tail, he activated both his Succubus bloodline and the Red Dragon Emperor's effects.
Because Leone had long relied on "Beast King Incarnate," she had picked up so feline habits and liked to follow instinct. Very soon, she drifted deep into that instinct and couldn't pull herself out.
Not long after, the system chi rang beside Akuto's ear.

Aka wandered aimlessly through the base.

Because, one by one and in a set order, her comrades had left.
First were Sheele and Mine—the earliest to go. They'd just finished their bath when they headed out.
Before leaving, Aka overheard them discussing what styles of outfits to "recreate" with Sli tonight.
Next was Najenda.
Before stepping out, she chain-smoked quite a bit, then stuffed herself with snacks.
She said she didn't want the sll of smoke in her mouth to leave a bad impression on Akuto.
Then ca Leone.
Leone didn't dress up in any special way; she'd told Aka she planned to keep "Beast King Incarnate" active when she t with Governor Akuto.
Aka could only admire that level of resolve.
After that was Chelsea.
Chelsea had prepared herself long ago—honestly, she was delighted, as if her long effort was finally paying off.
And at the end… it was Aka herself.
She didn't prepare much. She simply wore her usual uniform and ate a lighter dinner.
After all, if she ate too much and her tummy puffed out a little, showing that in front of Governor Akuto would feel mortifying.
Sighing, Aka stepped forward on her fair legs wrapped in black short socks and entered the transfer array reserved for the army.
A few seconds later, she arrived at the Governor's Residence—
—and saw a scene she would rember for life.
Her younger sister Kuro sat in Akuto's lap like a child in a stroller, her brows brimming with bliss and contentnt. Perhaps she felt too happy; her eyes had rolled up slightly, as if her spirit had floated to the heavens.
Akuto cradled Kuro in a gentle, carry-a-baby posture, his hands lightly holding Kuro's black-stockinged feet. Aka swallowed.
Kuro looked no different from when they'd just t earlier.
At least… not in clothing—besides a few square centiters of black stockings being torn away.
So it can be like that… Aka felt she'd learned sothing new.
Akuto, currently serving as Kuro's human "rocking chair," also noticed Aka's arrival.
"Kuro, our guest is here," he whispered by her ear.
"I-Is she?"
Kuro looked toward Aka.
Under Aka's calm gaze, Kuro reached out her hand.
"Onee-sama, this way, we can be together forever~"
"Together forever…?" Aka murmured.
Indeed—Aka admitted it—Akuto, with his beyond-standard abilities, had swept away every obstacle between her and Kuro.
Kuro's physical problem? Akuto solved it with a single Devil chess piece.
Kuro's values? Governor Akuto was very good at coaxing won; he'd all but won Kuro over. Otherwise, Kuro wouldn't have accepted his piece.
That left Aka's own problem.
She wanted to build a new nation where the people could live happier lives. And Akuto just happened to be the person most likely to accomplish this within the present Empire.
Finally, there was absolute strength.
Even if she refused to accept it at first, Akuto's overwhelming power forced her to face reality.
Yes—if a happy future exists, who would choose the one filled with tragedy?
"Onee-sama, could you co here?" Kuro smiled foolishly and invited her with a gesture.
Pop— a soft sound.
Before Aka could respond, a hat-wearing girl with a firearm appeared behind her and gently pushed her toward Kuro.
"Is that… one of Kuro's puppets? Looks like Doya?"
Aka found it odd. Weren't Kuro's puppets supposed to be corpses? Why were this gunner girl's hands warm?
There was no ti to think more. Akuto's lips t Aka's.
Under the influence of the Succubus bloodline, hormones surged throughout Aka's body; her head turned hazy. With Kuro assisting, Aka slowly settled down. Her toes, encased in short black socks, curled bit by bit, and her pale thighs shone with cool moonlight.

"Governor Akuto… can you really save this Empire by yourself?" Aka asked breathlessly, eyes rolling up a little.
"Aka, to save an Empire takes the effort of every person of vision within it," Akuto replied.
"If salvation depends on alone, then the Empire isn't worth saving."
"In that case… we're in this together."
"I acknowledge your answer," Aka said, voice trembling yet resolute.
"The Empire belongs to the Emperor—and to the people. From today on, I will help you achieve that goal."
"…Is that so? Then I'll look forward to your performance," Akuto chuckled, shaking his head softly.
Aka was, indeed, Aka—her mind full of saving the people and the Empire.
Not a bad thing. At the very least, it aligned with his blueprint for this nation.
And—
Even setting ideals aside, to empower the "Supre Imperial Throne," Akuto needed more dragon aura and national fortune…
About half an hour later, with the Boosted Gear active, Aka finally fainted.
Akuto, still joined with her, heard the longest system prompt yet.

The Ring can seize the authorities of a defeated god. In the world of the God-slayers, because a Heretic God's descent is only an avatar, Campiones can normally pull only the authority that suits them from among many.
But the system's Ring of Usurpation is different.
This Ring directly acquires all of a Heretic God's authorities, and, after slaying the deity's true body, can further evolve the obtained authorities.
Note: Any being that governs world-rules qualifies—for example, the Heretic Gods of the Campione! world, the gods of the DxD world, the Outer Gods of the EXE continuity, the Human-God of Mushoku Tensei, etc. The Ring can extract their authorities.
"Ring of Usurpation, huh?" Akuto mused. "Are you egging on to slay gods?"
"The DxD world should have plenty of deities who won't cause problems if they're eliminated, right?"
A red-tier reward caps out at Dragon-God class, and Dragon-God alone isn't enough against the EXE world's Outer-Three—Evil God, Oni God, Demon God—who stand beyond the Dragon-God level.
"For now, I'll leverage dungeon worlds to power up fast."
"Like this ti—before my mories fully awakened, I spent over a decade studying arrays and arts. I've already raised my sorcery to a 'universal crown' level of mastery across formations."
"Give a few more worlds, and both my technique and combat power should leap forward again."
Though the crisis lood, Akuto didn't shy away.
He gently kissed Aka and Kuro on their lips, adjusted their posture so Aka could lie atop him under gravity's pull, and, still joined, drifted into sleep.
