Penglai Immortal Mountain was most likely an Earth Immortal’s Dao Field. The anomaly within it surely concealed a great secret, one likely related to the disappearance of that Earth Immortal, who had left only fragnts of his remains behind.
It seed this Immortal Mountain Spirit Painting before him no longer held much value.
However, Yi Beidou would not give up so easily.
This Immortal Mountain Spirit Painting was very helpful for mastering the Penglai Power.

Yi Beidou took out an elixir he had retrieved from the Alchemy Cave and swallowed it, beginning to recover from the injuries he had just sustained.
Because he had withdrawn from the Illusion Realm in ti, his body hadn’t sustained much damage. He was fully recovered after about half an hour.
His gaze fell once more upon the enormous Spirit Painting before him.
This ti, however, he didn’t allow the Spirit Painting to pull him into the Illusion Realm. Doing so would be like entering another’s dream, where soone else held all the control.
Now that he understood the situation and its underlying principles, Yi Beidou naturally had a counterasure.
HUMMM!!
The Qi and blood surged within him as the Seven Stars appeared on his chest. Above, the stars were thrown into chaos, and a terrifying Evil Qi billowed like a tidal wave.
Furthermore, he entered the state of Celestial Demon Dissolution.
Fourth Layer of Reverse Chaos!!
Behind him, Tribulation Stars erged one by one. Blood-red light instantly flooded the entire cave, bathing everything in a crimson glow.
As he condensed more Tribulation Stars, the Tribulation Qi naturally released by each one was now enough to sustain a low-level state of Tribulation Star Possession.

With a low shout from Yi Beidou, countless coiled tendrils, like tails of fire, shot out from his Blood-Colored Demon Fla. They stabbed violently toward the Immortal Mountain Spirit Painting, instantly sinking into the artwork.
He had used this sa thod during his battle with the Alchemist to forcibly seize the Penglai Power and ultimately turn the tables.
Of course, back then he had been in the Eighth Layer of Reverse Chaos with three Tribulation Stars possessing him; the power of his Demon Fla then was far beyond what he could currently muster.
Even so, the ability would still be effective in his current situation.
He intended to invade the Spirit Painting’s energy field, granting him a asure of control within the Illusion Realm.
This was sothing only his Demon Fla ability could accomplish.
The Heaven-Devouring Demon Fla was, after all, one of his innate abilities.

This was the true nature of a Demon Lord.
If his Demon Fla were not so special, how could he have seized the Penglai Power and made the Alchemist’s thousand years of Cultivation seem as if they’d been fed to the dogs?
BOOM!!
The scene before Yi Beidou’s eyes abruptly changed. Heaven and earth inverted, and in the blink of an eye, he was in the Sky, surrounded by clouds.
But this ti, he wasn’t being pulled about by the Immortal Mountain. Instead, his Demon Fla held him aloft, allowing him to stand suspended in mid-air.
With a single thought, Yi Beidou’s body flew toward the Immortal Mountain, and he plunged headfirst into its domain.
Just as before, he found himself in the outer region of the Immortal Mountain. The Power of Dissolution soon washed over him, and an illusory figure erged from the mist.

This ti, however, was different. The figure didn’t offer the sa explanation and demonstration as before. Upon seeing Yi Beidou wreathed in Demon Fla, a harsh light flared in its eyes. Its form trembled violently, and with a piercing shriek, it exploded.

Imdiately after, the intense Power of Dissolution erupted once more, surging relentlessly toward Yi Beidou.
It was even more imnse and dangerous than before.
This ti, however, Yi Beidou’s expression remained unchanged. He simply sat down cross-legged on the spot.
FWOOM!!
Simultaneously, the Blood-Colored Demon Fla around him erupted, continuously expanding and spreading out.
"A re flawed and broken Illusion Realm thinks it can stop ? Beneath my Demon Fla, you will submit to my will and aid my Cultivation."
Yi Beidou’s low rebuke bood like thunder. The piercing, unearthly sound abruptly ceased, and the Power of Dissolution began to weaken drastically.
The Demon Fla protected him, dissolving all adverse effects. It greatly reduced the suddenly enhanced Power of Dissolution, even bringing it back down to the level it was at before the figure’s destruction.
In this state, Yi Beidou could finally begin to cultivate normally.
’If the environnt is hostile, then I will change the environnt.’
This was Yi Beidou’s Dao and Skill.
With a thought, his Demon Fla extended its tendril-like tails, probing the surrounding Void to sense the Penglai Power, which was even clearer here than in the real world.
