Yandi Gully.

This was the largest prival forest in Donghua. Its depths were a veritable forbidden zone of life, a place few could set foot in, shrouded in countless mysterious legends.

But at this very mont, a woman was strolling casually through the depths of this dangerous, prival forest as if it were her own backyard. She wore a navy blue top with wide, inverted sleeves, black wide-leg trousers, and a pair of old black cloth shoes. On her back, she carried a large, woven bamboo basket.

She looked young and had delicate features, but her skin was exceptionally pale. Her eyes were particularly striking—an inky green, their gaze utterly tranquil, as if devoid of any emotional fluctuation.

The most eye-catching thing about her was the wooden stick protruding from the corner of her mouth. Her cheek was slightly puffed out, and she would suck on it from ti to ti, making it look as though she had a lollipop in her mouth.

The woman moved through the dense mountain forest as if walking on flat ground, glancing around here and there as if searching for sothing.

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ!!

The deep forest was teeming with mountain mosquitoes and leeches. Yet, the mont these pests touched the woman’s skin, their bodies would stiffen and drop to the ground.

ROAR!!

Suddenly, a rustle echoed through the woods, and a massive black shadow shot out from the trees. It was an enormous black bear, its fra even more robust and powerful than that of an ordinary one. It was likely the Bear King of this mountain forest.

It seed to have sensed that the human before it possessed flesh and blood of extrely high nutritional value, so it had lain in ambush to attack.

Faced with the giant bear’s lunge, the woman’s expression didn’t change in the slightest. She didn’t even move to defend herself, rely tilting her head and gently blowing a breath of air at the charging beast.

THUD!!

The lunging bear instantly fell from mid-air, crashing heavily into the forest floor.

"Naughty boy."

The woman walked over, flicked the bear’s forehead with her finger, then stepped over its massive body and continued deeper into the forest.

About a minute later, the bear, which had collapsed limply on the ground, stirred. It climbed back to its feet, rubbed its head in a remarkably human-like way, and then scrambled away in a hurry.

In the depths of these great mountains, the magnetic fields were chaotic. Even a satellite phone wouldn’t necessarily be able to get a signal.

SKITTER! SKITTER!

Suddenly, a small insect crawled out of the woman’s ear and gave her a gentle sting. She paused, turned around, and headed back the way she ca.

A short ti later, she walked out of Yandi Gully and reached a spot with a signal. She took out her phone and made a call.

"Ah i, what’s so urgent? Was it necessary to use the Unity Gu?" the woman said into her phone.

"Sister, Sister! Uncle Wei is looking for you for sothing urgent! You have to call him, quickly!" a clear, crisp voice replied from the other end of the line.

...

「Northeast.」

Inside a shop with no sign, various multicolored pignts were on display. The nearby walls were covered with incredibly lifelike paintings.

These works all depicted various Deities or Fierce Beasts.

There were Gate Gods, Rakshasas, Nine-tailed Foxes...

Anyone who walked into this room would likely be stunned by the profound spiritual charm of the portraits.

Unfortunately, none of the portraits in the room had their eyes painted in.

In the center of the shop, a tall, burly man with a buzz cut sat on a chair, a paintbrush in hand, currently at work on a painting.

It appeared to be a portrait of a Celestial King, and the work was in its final stages.

SCREECH!!

Several black sedans stopped outside the door, and a few n in sharp suits stepped out.

"Mr. Huang, we’ve co to pick up the painting..." the distinguished-looking middle-aged man in the lead said respectfully. Just as he stepped into the small shop, the tall man finished his work, dotting the eyes of the Celestial King in the painting.

BOOM!!

In that instant, the middle-aged man who had just entered felt as if the Celestial King in the painting had co to life, stepping right off the paper and walking toward him.

THUMP THUMP THUMP!!

A cold sweat broke out all over the middle-aged man’s body. He stumbled back several steps in shock, and only when he was outside the shop door did the living Celestial King vanish.

WHOOSH!!

The next mont, a rolled-up scroll shot out of the shop. He had no ti to react and catch it, yet the scroll landed perfectly in his hand, held tight in his grasp.

"Go. Paste it on the door, and you will naturally be safe."

Huang Tianhu’s voice drifted out from inside the shop.

"Thank you, sir."

The distinguished middle-aged man quickly nodded respectfully. Not daring to disturb him further, he bowed and retreated.

BEEP BEEP BEEP!

Suddenly, the man’s phone rang. He picked it up and saw it was a call from Wei Cheng.

...

...

「Modu, International Airport.」

A figure in Western-style casual wear, whose gender was completely indistinguishable from their build and appearance, walked off the plane holding a suitcase. Even the sunglasses on their face couldn’t hide their androgynous features, which were attractive to all.

So travelers in the airport wanted to go up and strike up a conversation, but for so unknown reason, they couldn’t help but stop as soon as they ca within five paces of this person, as if they had entered so kind of forbidden zone.

The person moved unimpeded, and even crowds would automatically part to make way for them.

"Senior Sister! Over here!!"

Outside the main hall exit, a few figures in casual clothes were already waiting, waving at the androgynous-looking woman.

The woman went over to join them and got into a car.

"I was traveling abroad. I never expected the Elder Celestial Master would be about to undergo the Transformation Dao. Truly, the ways of the world are unpredictable."

"I hear that this ti, the Elder Celestial Master has invited all the young Saint Experts of Donghua. I’m quite interested. What’s the situation in Asia lately?"

In the car, Zhou Qingchen took off her sunglasses, revealing a pair of eyes as deep as tranquil pools.

"We’ve heard that a new expert who achieved Body Ascension has recently appeared in the country. This person seems to be not yet thirty years old," said the tall man of about thirty who was driving. "Not long ago, this person killed five Super Warriors within the country, then infiltrated Northern Myanmar and Siam alone, causing a massive uproar. His notorious reputation is now widespread. Since the Elder Celestial Master is holding the Transformation Dao Conference, it’s highly likely this person will also attend."

"A Saint who achieved Body Ascension before the age of thirty?"

A flicker of interest appeared in Zhou Qingchen’s eyes.

"I must test the skills of such a character for myself."

「anwhile.」

Yi Beidou also received a call from Wei Cheng.

"The Elder Celestial Master of Dragon Tiger Mountain is nearing the end of his life. Before he passes on, he wants to hold a Transformation Dao Conference and invite the younger generation of Donghua’s Saint Experts to attend. Are you interested in making the trip?" Wei Cheng said.

"Oh?"

Surprise showed in Yi Beidou’s eyes upon hearing this.

"In that case, I’ll have to go and see for myself," Yi Beidou replied.

After hanging up, a smile touched the corners of Wei Cheng’s mouth. He knew Yi Beidou would never refuse sothing like this.

’Maoshan’s Tao Zihong, Southern Celestial King Yue Ming, the Northern Desert’s Ding Huiyuan, Mount Ei’s Zhou Qingchen, the Northeast’s Huang Tianhu, Miaojiang’s Zhu Zi’Er, and of course, Wencheng’s Yi Beidou.’

’In the last decade or so, these are the only seven Saint Experts in all of Donghua from the younger generation under fifty. If you think about it, having all these young people gathered at Dragon Tiger Mountain will inevitably lead to so Magical Combat and rivalry. That should be a wonderful thing to see.’

’Interesting, very interesting.’
