"How long is it going to take for our food to arrive?" He asks.

Adam notes all of them down, then walks up to Leila, takes her to the bar, and with her help, he prepares them and serves the entire group.

The more Adam observes them, the more he realizes that these people might just be a bunch of harmless people who just like to ride around on their bikes, well, of course, they might really be a violent bunch, but only towards other gangs.
There are many examples of such gangs that are only violent towards other gangs and keep innocent people out of their way.
Well, Adam doesn’t care if they are just people who like to bike around or are a legit gang. As long as they don’t cause any trouble here, Adam is fine with it.
After a while, Ellie is done preparing their food, and Adam serves it to them.
