As Aquarina tanked the blows, suddenly, the ground beneath her trembled, as dozens of tentacles erged from behind her, aiming at her friends instead.

Pyuku spread out his arms into several tentacles, catching the tentacles from the monster coming at him and wrapping around them.

However, several of them suddenly disappeared, as another one sneaked right behind him, piercing through his body.

Silvia and Justicio scread as they saw the sli boy explode, his liquid body splattering into the ground.

The liquid rapidly ca together, as Pyuku re-erged as if nothing.

"Well, I'm mostly immune to blunt or slicing attacks," he said. "I'm a sli after all."

Slis could easily resist the most painful of physical blows easily, as their bodies would let such blows pierce through them with little to no internal damage.

To make things more incredible, they could also regenerate even when they were splattered into the ground, and this helped them pretend to be dead for attackers or predators to leave.

Predators would have a taste of their highly acidic sli and beco disgusted, leaving without even wanting to eat it anymore.

This was one of the reasons why Slis, despite being rather weak themselves, could survive in most areas, as long as there was a lot of humidity and water.

If anything, their worst enemy was heat and dry air.

The tentacle was successfully sliced apart, only for several more to appear around him.

With a mighty roar, Silvia appeared in that mont, using her hamr to crush them into the ground, a few of them dissipated, but the rest were real.

As she crushed the tentacles and weakened them, Agua waved her staff.

She summoned even more water, wrapping around the tentacles and quickly imprisoning them, making it very hard for them to move around.

The water trembled, as spikes composed of highly pressurized water pierced through the shell and flesh of the tentacles, tearing them to shreds.

"Wow, Agua you're amazing!" Silvia said.

"I didn't expect you to be able to be so versatile with magic," Justicio said.

"Can't you use magic too?" wondered Agua. "Limiting yourselves to fighting physically is no good. This is one of the things my mother said that the Everstone Village taught incorrectly. Their focus on physical power alone is not good."

"I suppose we could try mixing things up a bit!" Silvia nodded. "I've got quite a few spells on my magic circle, and with Khepri, that's a given!"

With Agua and Pyuku by their side, Silvia and Justicio charged forward, shelled tentacles coming after them one after another, constantly spinning and aiming to pierce their bodies.

Justicio conjured large three-ter-big swords made of stone, spinning around and aiming at the tentacles, they exploded into tiny rocks instantly, but forced the tentacles to move back.

Beams of golden and red light impacted the tentacles, rapidly leaving holes through them! Those that were illusions disappeared instantly.

As they bombarded them with spells, they attacked physically, using magic to distract their foes while their physical blows finished them off.

The dozens of tentacles, which seed alive, began to die one after another, while the Mimic's Main Body struggled to fight against Aquarina at all.

It tried countless clone illusions, materializing them for a few seconds and attacking her from several angles at once.

And yet…

Her indestructible body resisted all attacks, as her powerful kicks and sharp daggers broke through all!
