The power Aquarina gained from completing the first trial was by no ans insignificant. It represented a third of the entire inheritance, and she quickly realized its imnse potency, coursing through every muscle, bone, and even her skin. Her body not only felt stronger but also heavier and, above all, more resilient and durable. It was as though a master blacksmith had reforged her like a weapon, using superior alloys to nd her weary fra and enhance her beyond her previous limits. She felt sharper and far more robust.

Now, Aquarina sensed a profound connection to the earth's depths, its hard stones, ores, crystals, and tals. For a mont, her body seed to rge with them. Within her soul, where her Divinity Spark resided, two faint sparks glimred alongside it.

One of these sparks was suddenly infused with this power, glowing faintly gold and brown, with radiant stones orbiting it. Though incomplete, it was growing rapidly. Her Physique underwent a similar transformation, greatly reinforced and teetering on the edge of evolving into sothing new.

Moreover, the absorbed power was divine and magical. Her Magic Circle incorporated a portion of it, swiftly inscribing hundreds of new runes, which deepened her affinity with the Earth Elent beyond its prior strength.

Regarding abilities and skills, sothing new had erged, though Aquarina wasn't entirely certain, as if a piece were missing. She suspected that acquiring the remaining two parts of the inheritance might complete what was lacking.

Her friends experienced similar growth, becoming even stronger than she did. The reason was straightforward, Aquarina's advanced Physique and System bonuses already made her formidable. The power she gained was significant, but its impact was less pronounced compared to her friends.

Justicio and Silvia didn't rely feel thirty percent stronger, as Aquarina did. They felt at least three, perhaps four tis stronger than before. They grew tougher, mightier, taller, and heavier. Aquarina noticed this imdiately upon observing them. Justicio and Silvia now stood taller than her, leaving her slightly embarrassed.

Everstonians naturally grew taller faster than Amazonians, as Sand Elves were among the tallest elves, second only to Frost Elves, who averaged two and a half ters in adulthood. Desert Elves, though shorter, were still notably tall compared to others.

This, combined with the Amazonian Physique, made Everstonians a remarkable hybrid race, blending imnse physical strength with exceptional magical affinity. They were rare and reproduced slowly due to their long lifespans, resulting in a consistently small population.

In contrast, Aquarina was half Amazonian and half Darkage Family human. Though both were human, their physiological differences were striking. Darkage humans had pale white skin, red or blue eyes, and white hair. While taller than Common Humans, they were far shorter than Amazonian Tribe Humans.

This placed Aquarina in an unusual position. She was taller than most, except for pure-blooded Amazonians and Everstonians, who towered over her. She, who had always been confident in her height and enjoyed looking down at shorter people with a cocky smirk.

Since arriving here, she found herself gazed down upon by the tallest beings in this world. Only Agua was slightly shorter, largely because Oasis Everstonians had adapted to their environnt's Mana and Spirit Energy, prioritizing spiritual and magical growth and enhancents over physical strength. They channeled their elven heritage, specializing in the water elent.

In ti, like Everstonians, the Oasis People might evolve into a distinct race as their biological differences continued to grow.

Thankfully, Agua wasn't present for Aquarina to comnt on this, sparing her pride. If Agua surpassed her in height, Aquarina's confidence as a tall warrior would crumble entirely.

"Damn it, you guys got taller out of nowhere now!" Aquarina complained, crossing her arms as she felt her new Aura coursing through her body. "But it's pretty cool how big you got!"

"Hahaha, yeah! Did you notice?" Justicio laughed, punching and kicking the air in a shadow-boxing routine to adapt to his enhanced physical capabilities. "I really imagined I would get like a weapon or a piece of armor as a reward, now direct power infused into my own body... it feels great."

"We only got a little bit taller, Aquarina, don't get mad," Silvia giggled, patting her head.

"Don't pat my head..." Aquarina sighed, feeling annoyed she was now smaller than the two. "Anyway, let's sit down and ditate a little, there's no hurry, right boss?"

She glanced at the ceiling, but no response ca. The absence of a reply confird that there was indeed no rush. The trial wouldn't force them into the second challenge imdiately.

"Let's have a al while we adjust to this new power. We'll definitely need it for what's next," Aquarina said, opening her Shadow Storage by tapping her ring and retrieving a wooden box filled with food: sandwiches neatly wrapped in cloth and paper, bottles of fresh, cold fruit juice, plus fruits and dried at. Cooking here would disrespect their ancestor, but a small, pre-made lunch was perfectly acceptable, according to Svana.

The group sat on the floor, and with Pyuku and the other spirits resting, the three of them ate together. Aquarina shared her sandwiches, which offered a wide variety, including flying eel at, fish, crab, lobster, and sea serpent, among others. They ca with diverse sauces, so creamy and mayo-like, others spicy and sweet, along with vegetables, making the sandwiches complete als.

The cold, refreshing fruit juice revitalized them, its natural sweetness awakened their minds fully. Having nearly died earlier, they now felt healed and nourished, ready for the second trial.

"Alright, are you sure? We could rest another hour," Aquarina said.

"Nah, I'm good," Justicio nodded.

"Let's go, Aquarina!" Silvia said.

Everyone's Spirits had also recovered, though they remained asleep for now. They were partially awake, ready to assist if truly needed.

"Alright, let's go," Aquarina nodded, stepping forward with her friends to push open the gate to the next trial. What greeted them was, once again, unexpected. Instead of a large room, they found a pool of cold clear, with stairs leading down into it.

The pool stretched at least two hundred ters, with stairs at the far end leading to the next door. They were perplexed. What were they supposed to do here?
