"This cooldown never disappears. Also it seems impossible for soone to eat two at the sa ti, once they eat one, there's a cooldown in the person before they can eat another."

"What's stopping them from eating a second one if they want to though?" I wondered.

Additionally it grants 10% of the creator's magic knowledge. Once consud, the item cannot be consud again for 6 hours.
