The Judgent Warhamr slamd into the Bone Wyvern's jawbone.

The sound was like a mountain cracking. Jagged bone fragnts exploded outward. The wyvern shrieked. A piercing, rattling sound of rage. Its massive head recoiled violently.

Jack landed on his legs. His grip on the hamr was iron tight. The ground around him quivered. From the force of the impact and the sheer weight of his form.

He was a creature forged for impact. Bone and muscle encased in dark, blazing heavy armor. His Rakshasa form was a being of pure, focused physical power.

It matched the wyvern, a construct of animated bone and dark energy, in raw destructive potential.

The wyvern recovered fast. Before the fragnts of its jaw stopped skittering across the damp earth, its tail lashed out. A whip of sharpened vertebrae tipped with a cruel spike. Aid for Jack's chest.

He saw it coming. His armor was tough. But a direct hit from that spike could hurt him. He brought the hamr down in a blocking motion. Rotating his body slightly.

The tail struck the reinforced shaft of the Judgent Warhamr with a sickening crack. The impact jolted up his arms. Threatening to shatter his grip. He grunted.

The tail strike was blocked. Deflected from his body.

The wyvern followed up imdiately. It lunged forward. Its jaws opened. Revealing rows of needle-sharp bone teeth. It snapped...

Jack sidestepped with surprising agility. For sothing so large. The snapping jaws closed on empty air where his shoulder had been.

He swung the hamr again. A low, sweeping arc aid at the wyvern's foreleg.

War hamr t bone again. A heavy thud resounded. Followed by a deep groan of stressed material. The wyvern's leg buckled slightly. It stumbled. Giving Jack a montary opening.

He raised the hamr. Aiming for the skullcap.

But the wyvern was fast. It used its stumble to pivot. Launching itself sideway with a powerful stomp of his other leg. It created distance.

The rcenaries and expedition mbers were scattering. Shouts and screams echoed faintly through the fog. They saw Judge Jack as just another monstrous threat. Rising from the island's unnatural gloom.

A hulking, armored demon fighting a giant bone dragon. Their priority was survival. And that ant getting far away from the clash of titans.

Jack saw Old Sam's face. Grim behind his expanded buckler. Disappearing into the swirling grey.

Chloe Chase was being pulled away by Leon Drake. Her face was pale with terror. Dr. Crafton stumbled along behind them. Others followed them. Disappearing from the site.

Jack noted their retreat with a relieved mind. Great. They would be safer, away from here. And he could fight with less worry.

The wyvern circled Jack with earth-shaking steps. A dark shape in the mist. Judge Jack stood his ground. His war hamr held ready. His breathing was deep. asured.

He felt the thrum of power within his Black Buto form. This body was built for this. For delivering overwhelming force against those who deserved it.

The wyvern attacked again. This ti, it pounced at Jack. Raking with long, bone claws.

Jack didn't dodge. He t the assault head-on. Swinging the Judgent Hamr to block. The claws screeched against the dark tal of the hamr head. And his blazing shoulder pauldrons.

Sparks, unnatural in the damp mist, flew. He endured the rake. Using the contact to force the wyvern slightly off-balance. As it pulled back for another pass, he lashed out. With a heavy kick from his armored leg.

The kick connected with the wyvern's ribcage. A loud crack resonated. Not a splintering crack. But a deep, structural one. The wyvern flinched. Its movent was montarily disrupted.

They traded blows. A brutal, back-and-forth duel of strength and durability. The wyvern's tail sweeps, claw rakes, and biting lunges were t by Judge Jack's hamr swings, powerful kicks, and sheer armored mass.

Neither could gain a decisive advantage. The wyvern's bone structure was incredibly resilient. Regenerating minor damage almost as quickly as it was inflicted. Judge Jack's armor and Buto physiology shrugged off blows. Ones that would pulp normal flesh and bone.

Dust and fractured bone settled around them. The air vibrated with the repeated impacts. The mist seed to thicken. Heavy with the sll of damp earth and sothing else. Sothing wild and ancient.

Then, there was another movent in the mist. Not the circling wyvern. Sothing different. Slightly smaller than the wyvern. But still much larger than Jack.

A low growl resounded. Deep and resonant. Unlike the wyvern's dry screech. Or Jack's guttural bellows.

Both combatants paused. Drawn by the new presence.

From the swirling grey, a third shape erged. Huge. Feline. And utterly black. It was a lion. But it was unlike any Jack had ever seen. Its muscle-bound body was the color of moonless night. Absorbing the faint light rather than reflecting it.

Along its spine ran a ridge of obsidian spikes. And most strikingly, two massive, curved horns like polished black ivory rose from its brow. sweeping back alongside its mane. Its eyes glowed with a malevolent red light.

It didn't roar a challenge. It simply moved. Fast. A blur of black muscle tearing through the mist. And it attacked the nearest large target.

The Bone Wyvern.

The Horned Lion launched itself at the wyvern's hindquarters. Claws extended. It bit down with jaws that seed capable of crushing granite.

The wyvern shrieked. Twisting violently.

Judge Jack watched. Montarily static. The new creature was not helping him. He realized that imdiately.

It was hostile to both of the Bone Wyvern and him. He registered its presence. Its hostility. And its imnse power.

This wasn't an ally. This was another variable. Another monster drawn by the fight. Or felt challenged by their presence.

The Bone Wyvern thrashed. Trying to shake off the Horned Lion clamped onto its leg. It beat its mbrane-less wings frantically. Trying to escape the grinding jaws.

The Horned Lion held on with terrifying tenacity. Its powerful legs provided purchase on the ground. Anchoring the struggling undead wyvern.

Seeing the wyvern distracted, Jack didn't hesitate. This was the blunt reality of battle. Take the advantage when it appears. He charged again. Hamr raised.

But as he closed the distance, the Horned Lion abruptly released the wyvern's leg. It turned its glowing eyes towards Judge Jack. With another unsettling growl, it leaped. This ti targeting the armored rakshasa.

The three-way fight began.

It wasn't a cooperative battle. Nor was it strategic. It was pure, instinctual, brutal conflict between three apex predators of this cursed island.

The Horned Lion was driven by raw aggression. It attacked whoever was closest. Or seed most threatening.

The Bone Wyvern was the most damaged, injured, and enraged. It lashed out at both the lion and Jack.

Judge Jack wanted to focus on his original target. But he was often forced to defend himself. He hamred at whichever monster presented an opening.

Jack swung the Judgent Warhamr at the leaping lion. The lion was fast. Faster than the wyvern. And flexible. It twisted in mid-air. Avoiding the brunt of the blow.

But the hamr's head grazed one of its massive horns. A shower of black sparks flew. The lion landed. Skidding slightly. Then charged low. Attempting to get under Jack's guard.

Before the lion could engage, the Bone Wyvern swooped down from its high leap. It aid its snapping jaws at the lion's neck. A chaotic tangle of bone, black fur, and armor erupted.

The lion whirled. eting the wyvern's attack with a swipe of its clawed paw across the wyvern's skull. More bone fragnts. The wyvern recoiled. Shrieking.

Judge Jack saw his chance. Both other monsters were montarily focused on each other. He swung the hamr. A wide arc aid at the wyvern's fragile wing joint.

The blow connected with devastating force. The bony spar supporting the wing shattered with a loud report. The wyvern shrieked even more. Its broken wing spur was now useless.

This seed to tip the balance of aggression for the other two. The Horned Lion saw the wyvern grounded and crippled. It focused all its fury on it. It leaped onto the wyvern's back. And bit, trying to break the exposed spine near the broken wing.

The wyvern was desperate. It was trapped on the ground with a relentless predator on its back. It used the only weapon it had free... its tail. The spiked tail lashed out with blinding speed. Directly at the Horned Lion's flank.

The spike was sharp and imbued with dark undead power. It found a gap between the lion's back spikes. It plunged deep into the powerful black musculature.

The Horned Lion roared. A sound of agony. And pure, untad rage. But it didn't release its grip. Instead, driven by pain, it bit down harder on the wyvern's back.

The wyvern thrashed. Twisting its body with unnatural flexibility. It used the montum to flip over onto its side. Rolling onto the Horned Lion. And pinning it partway beneath its heavy bone structure.

The tail spike was still embedded. It twisted further as the wyvern rolled.

A sickening crunch echoed. The Horned Lion let out a final, shuddering growl. Its body went limp.

The Bone Wyvern, in its imnse struggle, had crushed the life out of the black creature. The tail spike contributed to the damage. The sheer weight of animated bone finished the job.

One down. The Horned Lion lay still. A dark, silent mass. Beneath the partially collapsed Bone Wyvern.

Jack watched the spectacle with cold calculation. He didn't imdiately attack. He sensed danger. Despite the seemingly great chance.

The wyvern was no longer pinned. But it didn't imdiately stand. Jack was right. It planned a devious counter attack in its position.

After waiting without getting attacked, the Bone Wyvern struggled to rise on its remaining good leg. And mangled wing spurs.

It faced Judge Jack. Its empty sockets burning with renewed malice. It had killed one attacker. But the other, the armored demon with the hamr, was still standing.

It was crippled, but still dangerous. Still powerful.

Judge Jack hefted the Judgent Warhamr. The wyvern still had imnse durability. A prolonged fight against a crippled but infuriated opponent was dangerous.

Decision made. End it. End it now.

He charged. Not a sprint this ti. But a relentless, heavy-footed advance through the settling mist. The wyvern shrieked. A defiant sound. It tried to lash out with its tail. But the movent was slower. Less precise.

Jack easily evaded the tail strike. His focus was singular. The head. The most likely source of its animation.

He closed the distance in heavy strides. The wyvern snapped at him with its damaged jaw. Jack twisted, avoiding it with easy steps. He gripped the Judgent Warhamr with both hands.

He aid for the skull. With a final, guttural bellow that shook the very air, Judge Jack swung the hamr. A vertical strike. Fueled by all the power of his Black Buto form. Focused entirely on one attack.

The wyvern saw it coming too late. It raised its head in a futile attempt to recoil.

The Judgent Warhamr crashed down onto the Bone Wyvern's skull.

It wasn't a crack or a thud this ti. It was an implosion. A shattering collapse of bone and dark energy.

The heavy head of the hamr pulverized the wyvern's skullcap. Driving fragnted bone everywhere. Scattered in explosive manner.

A wave of black, noxious energy pulsed outwards from the point of impact. Dissipating instantly in the mist.

The wyvern's body went rigid for a mont. Its empty sockets seeming to flare with residual energy. Then, with a sound like a building collapsing, it crumpled.

The remaining leg buckled. The broken wing spurs gave way entirely. And the massive bone structure collapsed into a heap on the damp earth. The light in its eye sockets flickered and died.

Silence descended. Broken only by the dripping mist. And Jack's own heavy breathing. The Bone Wyvern was dead. The Horned Lion was dead.

Judge Jack stood amidst the wreckage. The Judgent Warhamr held low. He was the survivor.
