Chapter 1096: Farewell 'Party' (4)
Astra PoV
Glancing back at the two Deerkin outside, I turned towards their Dama and murmured "Is everything alright with them?", earning myself a small laugh as Rhefia just replied "Sort of.", which answered nothing.
Before I could press for more she just pulled closer to her chest and wrapped an arm around my waist to secure in place, allowing her to kiss my neck before moving to my lips as I turned towards her. 1
It was a deep, slow kiss that Rhefia poured all of her 'needs' into, calming herself down while also riling herself up at the sa ti as she soothed her mind and aroused her body, which I felt pressing against from behind.
'Sadly' for her though the two small voices of Ehretia and Ipoala broke us out of our kiss as the little Doe waved her little arms and asked "Dama, Mama! Read book?" while the pink Robinkin held up a small book that we had gotten not so long ago.
Being interrupted like this must not be the greatest feeling for Rhefia considering how painfully erect she was, but the Deerkin never once showed it as she just pulled away from my lips - albeit slowly as she stared deeply into my eyes to make sure I knew what was going to happen later - before nodding her head.
The bridge of saliva that connected us sadly snapped when she pulled back completely so that she could look down at them both, and since she was sporting the hardest erection I had ever felt her have she just patted my thighs as she spoke.
"C'mon up and sit in your Mama's lap! There's enough room up here, I promise~!"
Both of them scurried onto the couch and nestled between my legs, propping the book up together and holding it open for so that I could read it to them while they looked at the pretty pictures.
Leaning back into Rhefia's chest and enjoying her embrace, I began to read slowly for the two girls while we enjoyed this mont together, taking this nice and slow since tomorrow Rhefia would be leaving...
Although they weren't really 'aware' of that, I knew I needed to make sure this was special for them so that the departure tomorrow wouldn't hit them as hard, though I was going to prepare for the 'worst' anyways...
It really was going to be difficult to keep all of the things in my life going at the sa ti when there was so much happening in such a short span of ti; promises I needed to keep, the business that needed to open, everything here and all of the tasks I wanted to get done...
This was a nice break from it all though, and it grounded in reality instead of allowing my mind to wander as I read a story about so courageous Beetlekin warrior who fought valiantly against an evil scaled monster that spewed venom to protect her ho.

Renna PoV
Leaning against the counter and staring at the group of four clustered together on that couch, I felt a smile tugging at my lips that felt far warr and genuine then anything else today... which was saying a lot since there had been so much fun to be had today.
My hand unconsciously drifted down to my belly as my eyes slowly crept over each of them, taking in the Dama and then the Mama before landing on the two excited children as they read along with their parents.
"Are you looking forwards to it?"
The quiet question ca from the stoic green giant seated beside at the counter, and although it took out of my musings I felt that smile widen as I turned towards her and nodded, only to ask "Are you?"
She blinked in confusion for a second - her eyes dropping to my belly before returning to my face - only to smile wryly as she nodded in agreent, the reminder that she was to be a Dama soon setting in.
"I am. But I would wager we are feeling different things."
"I would imagine so. The impossible has happened for while you found yourself soone special to breathe new life into the world with. Funny how this is all because of one person~! And to think you questioned on her..."
Shelur just shrugged before turning her gaze over towards the Doe working hard in the kitchen, the stubborn woman handling everything on her own as she prepared a gigantic banquet for dinner tonight.
"Anyone would, in my position. Impossible is impossible for a reason, and if soone cos to you claiming otherwise... being wary is rely the beginning."
"Yes, that makes sense, but this didn't happen because of sense now did it~? Anyways, I have to admit though that I am a little... worried."
There was no real need to elaborate since it was obvious where that worry ca from; pregnancy alone was scary, but now it was a pregnancy relating to soone like Astra, sothing that was happening to soone of my status and to soone who had been 'cursed' before.
It was a terrible whisper nagging at the back of my mind that I was ignoring completely, but that didn't an that it didn't exist at all... and to top it all off there was the mounting 'pressure' from Fenkar and Leonisa that was so conflicting to .
"About many things, honestly. I had a chat with Annie today about Nymphs, and that was eye opening... You would think living as one for years would be enough to teach about myself but apparently I was blind to everything about myself..."
"I would love to offer reassurances and the like but you've co to the wrong Orc to discuss racial traits to. Besides my physiology I am vastly different from the rest of my kin..."
The imdiate reminder that she was the cream of the crop when it ca to Orc physicality sent a nice flush of heat throughout my body, but I held it down and instead just turned back to Astra and her children as I continued observing.
"Yeah, that's true. Still, there's so much to learn still... about everyone. And yet it feels like we don't have enough ti..." 2
