I wonder how many regular or starting mbers ended up transferring their jobs. First-year students aren't yet on par to handle B-rank guild battles.
In other words, ‹Golden Beast› guild ended up with a situation where one-third of their mbers transferred jobs, leaving them with a surplus of low-level players. This gap is impossible to fill even if they vest their ti on power leveling.
The guild is basically a tiger without its fang or claw. Though, the situation may subside if there's a suitable environnt ready for them to properly raise their jobs. Rather, it might even lead them to read A-rank
But as things stand now, it's going to be hell training those jobs when the system is yet to be curated for them. Leveling takes a hell lot of ti.
I reckong the guild will basically be in dormant status now, and their fall to D-rank is almost settled if they suffer consecutive losses. Leveling up takes a considerable amount of ti. They would be immobile for a while, and if they keep losing, they would even drop down to D-rank.
And when that will happen, it will further beco a hell to raise their level with the rising of freshman guilds as well. Not to say mbers might even lose their passion for the guild at the disastrous defeats and leave it.
‹Golden Beast› future is as clear as day if they don't co up with the plan to retain and even surpass their B-rank status.
Apparently, the plan of ‹Golden Beast› after ‹Job Transfer› is awfully childish from rt's perspective. They have really done sothing impulsive, haven't they? It seems like it's going to be hard to regulate the guild after all this.
Well, I guessed that much from rt's presence in this lounge.
Then, just as the thought 'uh-oh, it's basically a suicide route, aren't it?; flashed in my mind, rt, who was sitting in front of suddenly lowered his head.

After talking for a while, I realized that rt is quite ambitious. I could sense a strong desire to reach S-rank guild and even higher from him.
