This is the recruitnt thread for the new mbers of E-rank 1st year guild ‹Eden›.
Here we have the First Grand Interview of ‹Eden›!
Eden is recruiting the new mber for when it ranks up to D-rank.
Estimated Ti for D-rank Promotion: As early as in mid-june. Or at the latest by September.
Also, in case the need to create a subordinate guild arose, the recruitnt for subordinate guild may take precedence. Please take note of this.
Requirent: High-ranking job holder for ‹Combat Job›. For other categories, mid-ranking and above are accepted (Students who have a mid-rank or lower job but are considering ‹Job Transfer› are welco too).
Available Spot: 5 (In case of recruitnt priority changing to subordinate guild, it will be 10 spots.)
Recruitnt Period: Until June 10th (Mon), 3:00 PM.
Interview Dates: June 10th (Mon) - June 13th (Thu).
Interviewer: Guild Master Zephyr.

Actually, I have yet to propose this to Brave-kun.
It's mostly because of Brave-kun and his plan that I didn't get the chance to say it, I am planning to suggest it once again when I will show him the long list of candidates.

From a financial perspective, it might be disadvantage for a 1st year guild to set up a subordinate guild at this ti as well.
It's going to be the start of a long sumr vacation after all.
Earning would plumt with most of the guild mbers leaving to their ho in holiday rush. All they would earn will go into maintenance, so it is more conventional to form a subordinate guild at the opening of next academic term, September, among freshn.

Yeah, it will exceed the mber count.
You know, this reminds of so instances from the past I heard. Like in such a situation where guild takes in more mbers than they can register, the guild is usually taken over by them, cause the guild to split into two factions or sneaky ones fishing for the opportunity and replacing the senior mbers etc.
There is also the matter of adaptability. So mbers who are capable but failed to adjust in a short ti kind of create their own comfortable zone than the rest of the guild. If there are too many of them, usually the situation gets out of hand from senior mbers and the guild loses its harmonious atmosphere.
