Satoru's judgent by Sierra, well, was put on hold after seeing his excellent desk work skill and the colour of remorse dying his face. As to redeem the honour, it would depend on Satoru's himself.
Satoru was surprisingly, and exceptionally, skilled in a range of works, starting from simple clerical work to creating or handling the docunts. His job was supposed to be ‹Hard Worker› though. Nonetheless, his familiarity with such tasks was like soone had made him go through them everyday.
He was even supporting Maria in accounting, that was truly a lifesaver. There was no complaint about his talent, so I also asked Celia to watch the situation for a while before concluding any result.
We didn't have any other candidates as excellent as him so prematurely ending the contract now would just hurt us. Of course, that's on the premise that we spot no problem, in the case it would be a case of no return.
Moving forward, Kairi was also back the other day from her ho. Now we were only left with mbers who were out for the long term; basically Lana, Ester, Shizu, Pala and Reglam. They wouldn't be back for at least three more weeks.
Alas, there's no changing so things. In that case, we might as well start on our plan.

I fetched a bundle of papers from ‹Inventory Bag (small)›. Only these papers know the amount of hardship I had gone through in the last one month to co up with all this you know. Well, this was also why the bundle was more than just a few pieces of paper. Sierra's eyes narrowed at the sight. ------La-la-la~. I must be imagining things, yeah.
Ahem, anyway, we're now going to do a full dive toward our sumr goal! Ti? Hah, why fear, when ‹Brave› is here, no?
But there was just a tiny bit of a problem. I probably worked a bit too hard with the suggestion, and there's no way we could go through them all. We needed to select a few from all to present them in front of other guild mbers, so I called Sierra in the lounge room to look at them.
I explained my reasoning to Sierra while going through the papers one by one.
"Leaving aside the ‹Sea-Dun›, which is obvious, doesn't sumr invoke the image of festivals!? And nothing can be better than holding a one-of-a-kind dungeon festival! Like the Rare boss farming festival! Maybe, a hidden rooms tour! A round to all the F-boss is also nice! A struck-gold Rare Monster hunt also has a good ring! There's also a collection hunt! There's just no way to decide and there's even more!"
"...How is it any different from our normal routing, except the 'festival' part?"
No, no. It's the feeling that counts, alright. However, what she said was also right. But fret not, this was just the starter! How could it be that ideas created by but only be so few, no?
"What do you think about this Unlimited Item Shot festival? These items normally don't have that much use, so we can use them without restraint. We can have a 'Shoot the Bird' festival in this Int-mid ‹Nest of Rock Bird Dungeon›. Don't you think it's fun trying to clear a dungeon where it needs magicians or long-range attackers with a vanguard character?"
"......But where's the profit in it though? It all looks like a waste of items to ."
To be frank, it actually was. But to use them till your heart's content was the fun point though.

Kuh, however the hamr of rejection shot down my bird of fantasy. Dammit.
"Don't you think sothing like concrete proof of our ti in sumr vacation is better than just mories? Like... Plushie Collection Tout?"
"You still want to gather more plushies!?"
Yes, stop there, and for the love of goddess, please look at the state of the guild room! Do you know the room already has more than whooping 70 plushies already? I still rember the scene from the other day, when Lulu was completely buried in the avalanche of plushies---admittedly, the scene of chibi Lulu surrounded by all sorts of plushies was a snow-lting cuteness overdose mont, BUT. I think that's enough to explain the current predicant.
You should have looked at the face of rt, each day, there would be one new 'mystical' crease on his face with each new addition of adorable plushies. Though I doubt they have even taken notice of that.
Honestly, the purpose of filling the guild with even more plushies was lost on . I really don't get what was going in their mind.

Sierra cleared her throat with a scarlet expression. Was it because Satoru brought a cure plushy for Lulu? I wanted to make a retort but I knew I would be putting my hand on the lion's mouth should I say sothing, so I chose the only option---turning a blind eye.
"What I am saying is a normal festival like this is left for the final of sumr vacation, no? I believe there's a sumr festival and I bet they would be putting them as prizes there."
"Ahh, there's indeed. Is ‹Eden› going to set up a stall during the sumr festival?"
At the end of the sumr vacation, academy holds a sumr festival that lasts for two days, starting from 30st August to 31st August. It was also referred to as an Academy Event, using the ti fra when all the students are free or back from their ho and throw a send off to holidays.
Well, the true last event was actually held on 1st September, Sunday---A large scale auction to be more precise. I am already hearing the ruckus like how an amazing piece of item was going to be put forth for sale.
Right, that's the story for later. Now was the ti to focus on our festivals.
"Alulu and Hannah said they want to hold a food stall. I am planning to give it a green light."
"Hannah's cooking is truly amazing. I am looking forward to what they're going to put in."
It would count as participation from our guild, and we could also join in as guests. This would definitely be a good mory for everyone.
Ah, I steered off from the topic. So what I was saying was we need to decide on our current plan. There were still four weeks till the sumr festival. Sumr vacation wouldn't be coming back after the festival no matter how much you lant!
"What do you think about this then? Sumr Camp---a one true event that struck ho when talking about sumr vacation!"
"Sumr camp?"
I picked a few papers and showed them to Sierra.
"There's an item called 'Tent' which we can use in the dungeon to have a sleepover there. I am thinking of camping in the dungeon."
"Wait. 'Tent' is equipped in ‹Thunder Javelin› but we don't have Ester who could have used it. What are you going to do about that?"

A lot of procedures needed to be completed if the party plans to pass the night inside the dungeon in the academy. This rule wasn't in the ga, but it seed like academy even dispatched ‹Relief Committee› if the said party or group wasn't back by the ti period ntioned.
In short, one must submit the application if they're to have the dungeon night in a dungeon and for carrying a tent as well. Academy also rent tents in fact. And since portable tents could be carried in ‹Item Bag›, it was half the headache less about camping.
It's not like the goal to dive into a dungeon was always to clear the final floor. Sotis, you also dive into the dungeon purely to look for certain items but it was like RNG decided to ss with you, so it was standard practice in ga to stay in the dungeon until the targeted item was acquired.
There were honestly not many uses of ‹Tent› but it was convenient to have one. Though, it was impossible to follow ga practice so I was going to skip on tent purchase.
But I do want to try out camping in reality. How it feels and so on. The upfront reason for camping was 'we're going to stay inside the dungeon to train our mbers.'
Now the decision was in Sierra's hand. And she choose---
"Very well. Let's select this one."
Woahhhh! Finally, one of my plans received no obstruction!
We continued checking on the bundle of paper, suggesting them to each other and slowly put together the plan for the sumr event.
