And so, the two-day long interview session ca to an end.

Overall, we had more talented students applying this ti. They're good enough for even the standards of the B-rank guild as a fact.

Well, I didn't particularly feel for what the rank of their current guild was, or what title they held. After all, if they're weak or their job wasn't enough, they would eventually drop from their top tank sooner or later. This was my creed for «Dungeon Activity».

But aside from that, I did stumble on a few problems, mainly the students with jobs like «Dark Alchemist» which must be built in a peculiar direction. These were the cases of jobs which must be played as a long term goal—to put simply, you'd have to take direction with an advanced job in mind—but it was sothing that couldn't be achieved by these students themselves.

There's no one with an advanced production job in this world apparently. If anything, I doubt they'd even be aware of fifth order trees and sixth order skill trees in general. I wanted to train them. I hoped to open their eyes to a higher path.

Ugh, there were so many students I wanted to recruit. I felt I had paid more attention to the students than interviewing.

Right now, I was sorting out the profiles of candidates and felt a rising headache, one out of a troubled mood.

"Heh, you sure seem undecisive, Zephyr-kun~."

"You know I would much prefer you help out instead of comnting, Misato."

"Tahaha~. But you're the guildmaster, Zephyr-kun. The ultimate decision rests in your hand. I am sure I already did my work."

"Ah, I truly appreciate your help in handling the interview. Thank you."

"Yay."

Misato gestured 'Yippe' when I uttered my thanks.

Indeed, she had been a huge help this ti too. In particular bringing in the crowd of excellent students, scouting, or arranging venue. And this was why I couldn't have her help out.

"Well, how about training them just as is? You can take this as investnt, I guess."

"Hm~, doesn't that sound like moonlighting?"

Nevertheless, Misato still ca around to give advice. I really couldn't thank her enough.

But the suggestion... I am not quite sure. I an, wouldn't it be like I am enticing them with a possible place in the guild? It would be disrespectful to them too. I wasn't very keen due to that reason.

She wasn't wrong per se. From that viewpoint, it certainly could attract them with investnt. The investnt which was... «Advanced Job Ascension Ticket». ...Though we still lack them, their drop rates were much better in the advanced dungeon. The scarcity only remained in the beginning before you had excess of them. It's not that unfeasible of a plan.

"It seems you've reached your decision, eh?"

"I guess, for now. And it ans there are at least four that I have more or less decided. That left four spots which I would decide through their placent in a party."

To be honest, the guild had too many jobs that overlapped while others that we severely lack, creating an unbalanced ration. It's particularly much severe in Arc-Arcadia.

In the ga, players only had their parent guild to manage, and we could only control one party at a ti. So, the guild managent was rather a simple few click task. All you had required at minimum was two tanks, two healers, and simply attackers. A composition made from this list was enough to clear most of the ga content.

anwhile, the exploration feature of the subordinate guild was simply automatic. You could throw any composition and the ga chanism would automatically clear the task. Subordinate guilds were like warehouses. If there're any characters who were put out of combat anymore but you liked them so much you couldn’t bear to kick them out, this would be their gathering place.

The auto exploration was actually amazing, so much that it'd make you scratch your head in confusion "How in the world did that absolute incoherent party even manage to defeat the boss?!" In short, they could be left to farm on their own without a heed for their roles. Well, there were so ti failures too.

Anyway, with the subordinate guild being completely real and requiring managent, the sa strategy would never work. So far, they current mbers and their role were—

Truly, it was head-banging composition. There were only four combat jobs, and everyone happened to be attackers. Without a primary tank role mber, they obviously had problems tackling strong monster's aggro. And Emy wasn't pure healer so if party formation broke, it would be quite hard to regain the montum.

To put it short, there was an urgent requirent of healers and tanks. At present, the mbers were partying with mbers of Eden so we'd avoid any problem so—hmm? Wait... thinking about it, was this a problem at all then? Right, I was too caught up in ga knowledge I forgot the two guilds had no restriction where they couldn't interact.

Sorting out the list with only the main roles criteria—counting Rika and Pala as tanks—we had 9 attackers, 5 tanks, 3 healers, and 1 Jack of All Trade, plus 2 miscellaneous. Now, the tank would be barely 3 if Rika and Pala were designated attackers.

What we had lacked most was tanks and healers.

At B-rank, Eden would be able to have a total of 30 mbers, while Arc-Arcadia had 15. So, with 45 mbers to count, we had as many as 8 party compositions. Needless to say, three tanks and 3 healers fell short of the demand.

Until the rank up, our current combined guild count was 36, including 8 to be recruited. That would be 6 parties. We were in need of three more healers and tanks each even at minimum.

You could bruteforce the way in the Interdiate-dungeon with attackers, but Advanced dungeon was a tough nut for that. The battles were drawn longer, thus demanding the role of soone who could provide a breath of air to attacker by protecting them.

With that situation in our guild, my initial goal was to recruit the missing roles. I also hoped for debuffers, even if they're rely secondary attributes, but I could do without it too.

I was quite torn between Class-51 candidates and seniors. There weren't much healers job among category holder after all.

Amidst my contemplation inside the lounge, we heard a knock. It appeared we had a visitor.

"Coming~."

Misato, acting as assistant, went to check out.

"Ah, Reglam-kun. What's the matter? And... Ooh, hiya Ori. Haven't seen you since the sumr festival, eh?"

I heard the nas and I knew it was my call to put aside my decisions for now. And soon, guided by Misato, a pair of boys and girls entered.

"I am sorry to interrupt you, Zephyr."

"Hello there, Zephyr-san. It's been a while... or perhaps, not that long."

"Welco, Reglam, Orihi-san."

To my surprise, it was Reglam with his fiance Orihi-san, whom we had t during the sumr vacation. Unlike the mature vibe she had in yukata, Orihi-san now wore the typical academy uniform, her long platinum blonde hair flowing like a waterfall behind. Tch-tch, now they were the picture of true aristocratic scions, like a beautiful work of art.

Now then, what might have brought him there, in particular with Orihi-san? Atleast, I don't think they're here as part of their date. I decided to inquire.

"It's more of my favour to ask you, Zephyr-san. I, too, am contemplating applying for the «Job Transfer System», and hope to acquire the «rmaid Princess» job. Please, if it's possible, give your guidance."

Ah, the Princess job with a healer role. The job supported their allies through singing and music to grant recovery. Of course, it was also a top-in-line High-ranking job.
