The young girl took the bowl, her white teeth showing as she smiled and said, "It was my brother and I who saved you. We found you when we went fishing and pulled you out of the water."

Xiao Huan’s brother glanced at Su Yan again and continued tending to the dried fish on the ground. It was then Su Yan understood that the man had called Xiao Huan to persuade her to go back indoors.

From Xiao Huan, Su Yan learned that this was a fishing village located at the border of Cangyue Country and the forr Eastern Chu Country, actually belonging to Cangyue Country.
