"Here, I grabbed a thousand of them back there," Fang shouted back. He flicked his wrist, tossing a spatial ring toward her.

Becky caught it out of the air, her eyebrows shooting up in surprise. "A thousand? How about you, then? What are you going to use?"

"This baby is more than enough for ," Fang said, brandishing a single, gleaming flying spear. A confident grin crossed his face. "Don’t hold anything back, Becky. Those spears are high-grade; they won’t be ruined easily. Just make sure to coordinate with William’s ’toys’ to support you when it’s ti to retrieve them later."

As he spoke, Fang began his preparations. He took out his specialised materials, laying down the intricate lines of an array with practised ease. Standing in the centre of the glowing markings, he gripped his spear tightly.

"I’m going to try mixing the lightning from the array with my baby here. Let’s see if the speed and power can be enhanced by the surge!"

Becky didn’t offer a verbal reply; she was too focused on the spectacle. She watched as literal bolts of lightning began to rain over Fang’s spear, leaping from the ground to the tip of the weapon whenever it took flight.

The monsters he targeted didn’t stand a chance. They suffered imnse elental damage from the lightning strikes, while the physical force of the spear did the rest, redirecting their own montum against one another in a chaotic display of carnage.

Even William, deep in his own fray, paused to take note. "It seems I’ll need to make one of those for myself later," he mused. The difference Fang’s specialised spear made compared to his usual summons and techniques was undeniable.

However, there were no complaints. Having two high-level combatants assisting him was a luxury he appreciated. William leaned into the slaughter, his movents becoming a rhythmic killing spree.

One by one, he systematically removed the monstrous threats from the equation, clearing the battlefield with grim efficiency.

anwhile, back in Lara’s city, Berry had finally returned with the heavy crates and even heavier news. She delivered the massive haul of ores, a sight that made Ellina and the other forging masters on her side grin with pure, professional greed.

But the material wealth wasn’t the highlight of Berry’s report. The most significant news was the condition William had attached to the deal.

"He... he asked to join the guild and lead the forging departnt?" Ellina asked. Her voice trembled slightly, an excited tone creeping in that she couldn’t quite hide behind her usual stoic mask. "Wait—is there actually a forging departnt there?"

"There is a small one," Berry said, her voice trailing off as she beca lost in thought for a mont. "But it isn’t quite what you might expect. It’s a minor departnt, staffed by only a handful of masters..."

"I get it," Ellina interrupted, her eyes flashing with a sudden, sharp intensity. "He wants to expand it. He wants to properly establish that departnt from the ground up. Leave it to !"

For a fleeting second, Berry felt a strange, inexplicable sense of threat radiating from Ellina. It was a cold prickle at the back of her neck, a recognition of raw ambition.

However, as she took in Ellina’s features and considered the age gap between them, Berry dismissed the feeling. She pushed her worries aside, convinced that experience would always hold the upper hand.

Once their conversation concluded, Ellina turned her undivided attention back to the massive hoard of materials Berry had brought. This ti, the process was seamless. She didn’t need to labour over filtering or organising the ores; her movents were fluid and practised.

In less than an hour, she had categorised everything into different storage rings. She strode toward the specialised workshop dedicated to the construction of advanced flying weapons and emptied the contents of the rings with practised ease.

"She looks more pumped than I’ve ever seen her," Berry’s grandfather remarked, stepping closer to his granddaughter. The Academy Grandmaster stood silently at his side, observing the girl’s frantic productivity. "What exactly did you offer her to spark that kind of fire?"

"William wanted her to join the guild," Berry said, pausing as a stray thought crossed her mind. "Is she... With soone? Personally?"

"Who? Ellina?!" The two old n were visibly taken aback. The sheer shock on their faces was enough to answer the question; clearly, Ellina had never allowed matters of the heart to distract her from her forging path. Seeing this, Berry inwardly heaved a deep, jagged sigh of relief.

"Forget I asked," Berry said, firmly closing that door in her mind. Her expression hardened, shifting back to the business of conquest. "Are our people ready? We need to start moving imdiately. We cannot afford to fall behind; we must secure more rits in this war!"

"We have already dispatched our vanguards toward the two sectors where the monster tide is strongest," Sara said, approaching the group. The two grandfathers nodded in silent confirmation of her report.

"I expect you provided them with sufficient portal cores, right?" Berry’s aura shifted the mont her eyes landed on her surroundings. She could feel the competitive pressure mounting. When this war began, she and Sara had been the clear frontrunners among the won in William’s circle, but the landscape was changing rapidly.

Lara was proving herself to be the undeniable cornerstone of William’s military efforts, growing stronger and more vital with every passing clash. And then there was Anjie—the "tigress" whom everyone assud had suffered the most. Instead of breaking, Anjie was currently orchestrating the most magnificent coback the continent had ever seen.

The fall of her kingdom and the tragic loss of her strongest supporting masters hadn’t been enough to slow her down. She had moved past those devastating losses with terrifying efficiency and was now working tirelessly to establish sothing even grander in the northern regions.

To top it all off, William had gifted her a fortress of incredible power—a structure so advanced that even the most experienced masters under Berry and Sara’s grandfathers couldn’t fathom its construction.
