Now reading: Chapter 1519: The Battle Against the Fox Clones from Reincarnation Of The Strongest Spirit Master, a Action novel by ranmaro.

The fox wanted to unleash the darkness elent, long stored deep within this world’s core, to attack everyone. For a mont there, this was a scary move without doubt. Yet when William noticed how he easily negated all this, even to the extent that it further accelerated his elents to purify the fox’s, he concluded.

This wasn’t the real fox! It was too weak to be the sa nace and threat he had fought long against in his past life, and miserably got defeated! This was sothing else.

And thinking about this drove an inspiration inside William’s mind, making him jump to the conclusion he said loudly, linking it even further to sothing far ahead, far complex, for the real use of this dium World.

"How amusing!" Hearing all that William said made the fox speak in a tone that no longer held even a speck of amusent. The voice was tight, vibrating with a cold, sharp frustration that seed to burn the very air between them.

"How co you know all this about ? I am positive this is the first ti we et, yet you speak as if you have spent a lifeti morising the shape of my soul."

"And I promise you," William said, his voice turning savage. He didn’t look at the middle-aged man. Instead, he looked around at the empty air, searching the dium World.

As if his gaze was a command, the things he was looking for began to manifest—distortions in space, ripples of dark power that bled into the dust. He looked back at the fox, his eyes burning. "This won’t be our last eting, you son of a btch!"

"Hahaha, truly fascinating," the fox laughed. But this ti, the sound didn’t co from the middle-aged man standing in front of William. It erupted from another spot not too far to the left, then from behind a rock to the right, and then from the air above. "And why do you look like you were expecting all of us?!"

It wasn’t just one more copy of the fox. Like a nightmare unfolding in real-ti, dozens of different figures appeared, stepping out of the shadows, all unleashing the sa, unmistakable spirit power of the fox. They surrounded William from all directions, a circle of different n and won, even monsters, with the sa mocking, cruel smiles.

"No matter what, you’ll fall here today," one of the copies said, his voice overlapping with another. "No matter what little tricks you have, you won’t survive our attacks. You are one spark against an endless night."

"Stop this nonsense," William said. Once he realised they were all copies, he couldn’t help but laugh—a loud laugh that carried no fear, only confidence.

"These are re copies! Each possesses only a fraction of your real might. And based on the weak spirit power each emits, they just ca out from their respective lower realms, which ans they didn’t even ascend to the upper realm yet. Are you really trying to threaten with re broken copies of yourself and expect to cower in fear?"

William slowly leaned his body forward, his centre of gravity shifting. He placed his sword in a weird, diagonal position in front of him, the tip pointing toward the ground while the hilt shielded his heart.

It was a stance of ultimate aggression, masked as defence; it was his second technique. He added in a loud, booming tone that echoed across the valley: "Let show you what this little human with his little tricks can actually do!"

The next thing that happened was his body flickering. The fox didn’t know that he was currently fighting the single most experienced human in the history of all realms when it ca to his own powers. In this mont, the fox’s arrogance was his blind spot, and soon enough, he would discover this through the weight of hard evidence.

William was under no illusions. He knew that if the real fox was standing here, he wouldn’t have a shred of a chance. He hadn’t ascended to the upper realm in this life yet, nor had he reclaid the peak of his forr powers. Against the fox that had outplayed all of human resistance in his past life, there would have been literally no hope.

But this ti, things were destined to end differently! This wasn’t the first ti William had fought against the fox’s copies. In this current life, he had already fought and conquered one of them, and in his past life, his master had clashed with countless copies, triumphing through sheer attrition and power.

He knew exactly what these copies were able to do. Even if the real fox was a terrifying mountain to surmount, these copies were re small hills on the side of the road.

They could only use a tiny portion of the fox’s true powers, and their elental control was limited by the lower-realm bodies they inhabited. The most they could do was utilise different techniques that, while impressive to a normal master, paled in comparison to the real deal.

Not to ntion, William knew he wasn’t alone in this fight! He didn’t need to win the fight against them by himself. All he needed to do was stall for enough ti, drawing the fox’s focus and forcing the copies into a struggle against him, while the true killers appeared on the stage: the Blue Purgators!

While the fox clones were trying to weave a grand technique to instigate the wrath of the world’s core against him, William attacked. He didn’t wait for them to finish their incantations.

He moved like a bolt of lightning, his first target being the cluster of copies nearest to him. He dashed toward the closest ones, his body trailing afterimages behind, while simultaneously sending all of his monsters to crash into the others.

The initial clash proved his theory right. These clones, despite their numbers, were fragile. They had the ego of the fox but the durability of a wounded beast.
