Basically, it’s a 5000-ter run around the mountain, once training starts, the running distance is no less than 5000 ters.
The usual practice is a five-kiloter cross-country run with gear, essentially running with equipnt.
This is a very brutal exercise, everyone has to bear 20 kilograms of gear, the minimum requirent for the 5 kiloters is to finish in 26 minutes, while the passing ti is 23 minutes, and the excellent ti is 19 minutes.
