Li Tingyan was just a step away from soaring into the clouds, so he didn’t care about anything else.

Nianyang found it suspicious, directly used her Spiritual Energy, pushed him aside, and picked up the file bag.
Li Tingyan’s eyes were filled with ferocity, about to wrap around her, but then he saw what Nianyang was holding.

Nianyang couldn’t believe his nonsense!
"Do you think I’m stupid and can’t see the words on it?"
Nianyang pointed at the words "Marriage Report" on it, crossed her arms,
"Tell , what’s going on? Being frank leads to leniency, resistance leads to severity!"
Li Tingyan knew he couldn’t hide it, so he had to say, "This is our marriage application."
"I know it’s a marriage application." Nianyang opened it, revealing a half-smile, "But I want to know, why is the date on it more than a month ago? Didn’t we agree to do it after coming back?"
Li Tingyan drooped his ears and reached out to pull Nianyang, awkwardly, "Wife, I was wrong."
"Stand up straight, don’t get handsy!"
Nianyang shouted softly, scaring Li Tingyan into not daring to move, his eyes rolling around in grievance like a little wife angry but unable to speak out.
"You’re wrong, wrong where? Li Tingyan, you dare to secretly file a marriage application without telling , what do you an by that, forcing it on ?"
Li Tingyan glanced at Nianyang, murmuring with his head down,
"Aren’t you going to marry sooner or later? What’s wrong with exercising my rights in advance?"
"You’re arguing shalessly!" Nianyang got angry, "Marriage is between two people, you shouldn’t secretly file it without telling the other person, your actions have spoiled what should have been a happy occasion!"
Li Tingyan knew that saying anything now was useless, so he could only apologize like a puppy that knew its mistake!
"Wife, I know I’m guilty. Can you let it out later, hit if you want, but help with that thing first, you can’t leave things unfinished."
He pointed confidently at sothing standing pridefully.
Hmm, not bad, using "can’t leave things unfinished" this way?
Nianyang laughed twice, threw the file bag at his face, "You figure it out yourself, let’s put the marriage license on hold for now."
"Hey, wife, you can’t do this, you promised to get the license with in two days, how can you back out, didn’t you say being frank leads to leniency and resistance leads to severity?"
"If I don’t give lenient treatnt, let alone marriage, we won’t even be partners!"
Nianyang angrily slamd the door and left, leaving Li Tingyan stunned.
Damn, he really shot himself in the foot!
The key is, he had to cry and helplessly continue doing things himself, feeling utterly miserable.
During dinner, the Li Family clearly noticed there was conflict between Li Tingyan and Nianyang.
Because Nianyang was unwilling to sit with Li Tingyan, whenever he served her food, she wouldn’t eat it, smiling at the Li Family but giving Li Tingyan the cold shoulder throughout.
