Chen Ying looked at Xue Yang, not knowing what to say for a long ti.
"If it’s inconvenient for you, Senior, then never mind."
Although Chen Ying was a good match for Daji’s image, there was no need to force soone to agree if they were unwilling. Xue Yang wasn’t the type to do such a thing.
"It’s convenient."
"Thank you, Senior. I’ll have an agreent drafted for you to sign. Do you have a price in mind? All of this is negotiable."
Watching Xue Yang handle it like a business transaction, Chen Ying felt a sharp pang in her heart.
Had their relationship really been reduced to resolving matters with contracts?
"That’s not necessary. Just use my likeness if you want to."
"Senior, I think it’s better if we follow standard procedures. That way, we can avoid any potential issues later that might damage our relationship as classmates."
If problems with image rights arose after the ga was launched, it would be a huge hassle. Xue Yang was always thorough; he would never leave loose ends if he could help it.

Chen Ying returned to her seat but no longer had any interest in reading.

"What task?"
"Draft an image rights agreent. We’ll probably need them going forward."
"Okay," Cui Hao agreed imdiately.
When it ca to official business, Cui Hao never slacked off. He imdiately sat down, took out his laptop, and began drafting the image rights agreent.
Before long, Sun Yufei walked in.
"President Xue," she greeted Xue Yang with a smile.
"Yufei, don’t be so formal. Just call Xue Yang."
"We agreed last ti to get a al when we were free. How about today? Would I be fortunate enough to have you join ?"
"Of course," Xue Yang said as he began to pack his things.
Sun Yufei looked at Cui Hao and said with a smile, "Cui Hao, co with us."
Cui Hao quickly waved his hands. "I’ll pass. You two go ahead."
He was sure that if he dared to agree, Sun Yufei would find an opportunity to get her revenge. He wasn’t foolish enough to be her punching bag for another evening. As for Xue Yang... well, good luck to him! Actually, on second thought, the one who would really need luck was Sun Yufei. Anyone with eyes could see she liked Xue Yang. But Xue Yang had a girlfriend and was utterly devoted to her, which ant Sun Yufei was dood to unrequited love. It wouldn’t matter how beautifully she dressed today. Sun Yufei brought Xue Yang to a steakhouse near the campus.

Xue Yang passed a nu to Sun Yufei. "Ladies first."
Sun Yufei looked montarily startled before taking the nu. She ordered a steak and handed it back to him.
Xue Yang ordered a steak for himself, along with a few desserts and two drinks, before giving the nu back to the waiter.
"Your order will be out in a mont."
After the waiter left, the atmosphere turned a little strange. It felt as if two complete strangers had been forced to have a al together. Anyone who didn’t know them might have thought they were on a blind date.
Sun Yufei sat across from Xue Yang.
To her, just sitting there was a feast for the eyes. Xue Yang was incredibly handso, and he looked even more so from this close. She could even hear her own heart pounding. THUMP—THUMP— If she hadn’t put on makeup today, she would be a blushing ss in front of him right now. Not that the current situation was much better. She was like a flower bud about to bloom, so exquisitely beautiful that even passersby couldn’t help but glance her way.
After they sat in silence for a while, Xue Yang was the first to speak.
"Yufei, here’s the thing. I’m developing a new ga, and so of the characters need a real-life model for their image. I think you’d be a perfect fit for one of the roles. I was wondering if you’d be interested in providing your likeness for the character? Of course, I’d compensate you for it."
"You’re developing it yourself?" Sun Yufei asked in surprise.
"Yes, along with two other classmates."
"But I heard that you already received an offer from Lin Corporation. If that’s the case, then this..."
Going solo wasn’t forbidden, of course. But accepting an offer from Lin Corporation ant enjoying the company’s benefits. If his startup was successful after three years, he definitely wouldn’t choose to join Lin Corporation. The company wouldn’t just invest in nurturing talent for nothing; there were conditions. Naly, if soone enjoyed Lin Corporation’s benefits during their studies but didn’t join the company after graduation—or worse, beca a competitor—they would be completely blacklisted by the corporation. "Are you crazy? There are so many gas on the market right now. How many of them actually succeed? Most end up losing their entire investnt."
Xue Yang hadn’t expected her to get so agitated. He smiled faintly and said, "Yufei, I don’t think that’s what we ca here to talk about."
"Sorry, Xue Yang. I just think you shouldn’t be so rash. If you fail, you’ll lose your chance to join Lin Corporation, too."
