Everywhere hung suspensely under the intimidating pressure of the female warrior on glitter silver armor.
She clenched her spear tightly and pointed it to the front, resting it above her shield.
An annoying smile fell on the sky lord’s face.
"Why don’t you select your warrior? A soulless who can match the might of my Valkyrie."
Raith stared aloof for a few seconds, his expression slowly growing dark. He cocked his head over his shoulder with a deathly serious glare.
"Hey Olette."
Ottoman’s eyes widened in disbelief, his hand slowly rising to point at himself. When did he beco Olette?
"You get the point, don’t stare like a goose. I choose you to be my fighter!" Raith declared angrily.
Ottoman didn’t know why Raith was perating with so much anger, he had no choice but to comply with his declaration.
With a steady breath, he strode forward, each step deliberate and purposeful.
His shoulders squared, chin lifted, and a hint of determination sparkled in his eyes as he positioned himself firmly between Raith and the lady in silver armor.
The weight of his presence filled the space around him, radiating assurance and resolve.
Such that the valkyrie in silver armor hinted a little bit of discomfort.
Raith smiled when he noticed the subtle shift in her composure. Even the sky lord had a frown on his face.
Surely, they must have fell for it.
’Bet you all didn’t know he was here until he stepped out’
Raith grinned maliciously, it would never get old. Over and over again, it was bound to always surprise the enemy.
’Thank you so much. I’ll make sure to use this your special existence very well.’
"Hmmph" the valkyrie scoffed. "A soulless with no energy, you are like an empty vessel full of cracks. The only thing that should make you powerful is missing, just how do you plan to face the sky lord."
Ottoman smiled sheepishly, scratching the back of his head. To be precise, he was scratching through the red cloth that was always tied above his head, covering his eyes and ears.
"Please don’t evaluate like that...ha ha..."
Raith imdiately frowned at his reply.
’La. Very la! Couldn’t he had looked for so killer lines to put her back in her place.’
Raith sighed in his heart, of course, he had figured out the soulless to be a very shy person. What mattered was his skill.
The armored lady standing before Ottoman had a strange frown on her face, although it could not seen since her helt covered more part of her face, leaving exposed her eyes, nose and mouth. Other parts were encased in the silver plate of her helt.
"What are you waiting for Sienna, lay waste to him."
The sky lord’s words whispered into her ears even though he was ten ters away from her.
"Yes my lord" She responded with a curt nod and sharpened her gaze at her foe.
In that mont, Ottoman knew it was coming, folds could be seen around the eyes area of his scarf, slightly furrowing together.
The lady sprang into motion, covering the distance between them with her legs barely touching the ground. Her movents were aided by an air blast from her wings which were connected to her waist.
Ottoman’s body moved in the last minute, everything playing out in slow motion from his perspective as he sidestepped the attack with the fluid grace of a dancer, causing the lady to slip forward with her imnse speed.
But she had an amazing control over herself. She swiftly made a sharp turn, the tip of her spear tearing through the air as she redirected it to Ottoman who was surprised for a second.
To be able to turn swiftly with that much speed was comndable, he didn’t expect it and had to admit internally that he was impressed.
He shot his arm up, quickly partying the attack with his bare hand. Of course, there was a red clothe tied to his hand to serve as so kind of vambrace.
But it was a red cloth...
The valkyrie was shocked to see her spear bounce back after hitting his head, it was as if it had hit a tal surface.
Imdiately Ottoman parried the attack, he went in for a counter—unleashing a burst of his fist that caused ripples to course through the air as it exploded towards the Valkyrie’s face.
Her eyes widened in surprise, even without energy the blow packed so much power that she felt she wouldn’t survive it... her head could burst, it was almost enchanting.
The valkyrie quickly raised her shield, blocking the blow by the skin of teeth. Still, the Shockwave of the attack coursed through her body, vibrating her for a second and throwing her back.
She rolled on the floor but skillfully rose back to her feet with the help of her wings. She looked like an angelic warrior with the way she levitated her way to her feet.
The valkyrie took a look at her shield. A web crack had been smashed on it.
Seeing the crack made her brows furrowed.
’He’s strong...perhaps I will be making a mistake to undermine him because he has no energy.’
Ottoman’s strength was in the raw power that coursed through his muscles. Although he couldn’t use energy, he more than made up for it with the terrifying power that his attacks carried.
"Oh wow... she is good."
Raith turned his head to the female soulless.
"Most tis Brother Otto ends things with one strike."
Rairh turned his head to Jackal, the high spirited soulless.
"Yea...the fact that she could block that attack proved that she’s good. Plus her shield must be very strong to have withstood his blow. I don’t think I’ve seen any shield that can."
Reeves added his own. Making Raith turn to him too.
The soulless lady smiled cunningly:
"I don’t think he’s using his full power."
"Brother Otto has never used his full power. Ha! Not even half of it."
Raith looked at all of them with a very confused expression etched on his face.
"...Olette is that strong?"
They all turned to look at him, smiling smugly.
"Everyone is always led to mistake how strong he is. But truly, he is the strongest soulless by raw power. All he has is raw power and it has never been outmatched. Ottoman alone is enough to lay waste to the army of the sky lord."
The lady threw her hands egotistically.
"Of course, he would never use more than half his power for so reason even I do not know. Maybe Hans would. But undoubtedly, Otto will win this fight."
