While discussing various topics about Liselotte, Elena and duke Zhongnian reached in front of a large gate in the central area of the city. This entrance was the door to enter the second largest and the most ancient building of the Sky Pillar City.
Before duke Zhongnian had beco the ruler of the city, this city was an independent free city ruled by an ancient family. Even though that family had a rich history and were said to have an ancestor who was loved by the great goddess herself, they were not immune to the effect of ti.
With the erosion of ti, their once great family had turned into a skeleton of the past. Infighting within the family and outside enemies had brought the family on the verge of destruction. At that ti, the ruler of the Tang nation decided to give this family a helping hand in exchange for giving up their independence.
The independence that was given to this city was done by the very first ruler of the Tang nation after vowing to the gods. So it could not be broken by them. For that reason that ruler used the bad circumstances of the family to get the city under his control.
Later on, this city was given to Zhongnian for his ritorious contribution to the nation. He also proved himself to be a decent governor and made the city flourish in a very short amount of ti. The house where he took Elena was the previous residence of the ancient family. It was also supposed to be where he lived. But at that ti, his just born daughter started crying before entering this house, so he judged this place to be bad and decided to build a new bigger place for himself.
Later he investigated the house properly and did not find anything bad. And he also learned that Liselotte was crying at that ti because she saw a large pet dog on the street and not because she did not like the house.
So the house was actually fine. But at that ti he was already very comfortable with his newly built residence and did not want to move from there. So this house stayed empty for a long ti. Now with Elena coming here, it would finally see so activities in many years.

After entering the premises Elena was instantly impressed with her new house. It was the largest and the most expensive house she had ever owned. The house was extrely large. It had a dium sized lake inside it. A beautiful garden which was almost like a small forest was surrounding the lake.
Even though no one was leaving in the house. The duke was very active with the maintenance of the property as this place had a historical significance for the city. So everything was clean and looked pristine.
The house itself was pure white with so red designs on it. It was very common for a lot of houses in the area of influence of goddess Tiandi and also gave a sacred feeling to the whole place.
The inside of the house was also very well decorated. All the furniture which was inside were not new ones but had an ancient feeling to it. Even though Elena was a powerhouse to whom the concept of ti had beco sowhat aningless, she was still technically only less than 25 years old. So, the ancient feeling of the furniture was very exciting to her.
It was evident that the family leaning here had an illustrious past but a shaky present. So of the places in the house had the evidence of having furniture but the actual piece was missing. Many parts of the house were also in a bad condition due to disrepair.
Even though duke Zhongnian took care of the property itself, as no one was living in it, he did not bother to repair the already damaged parts. It would cost him a lot of money and he was not a spendthrift person to waste money on useless things.
He was a bit ashad to see that a few parts of the house were really in a bad shape and he felt bad for giving Elena such a problematic place. But before he could apologize and tell Elena sothing, she beat him to the punch and said -
"I'm very satisfied with the property. It had everything that I wanted in my villa and even more. As for the damaged parts I have my own plans to turn them into sothing special that I will like. So it's fine. Thank you very much for giving this impressive property.
As I said before, I will spend ti with Lise without you telling anything. So if you have any requests in the future, feel free to tell . If it's not sothing bad, I will help you."
"I am glad that you like it. And if you have anything that I can help with you can tell too. I will also do my best to help."
" Okay, I will. Now I need to inform my students about my new plans and about this place. So please excuse . We will et again tomorrow, duke."
"Okay, see you tomorrow, little Miss."

After leaving her new house, Elena used her senses to search for Lin Yan and Xiang Xiaofang and went straight to them. They were already done with their shopping and were having their lunch.
They had ordered a lot of food, as they planned to leave the city this afternoon. So they would not be able to eat anything for a long ti. After being with Elena, they had beco infected by her gluttony and had also beco a lover of good food. So they wanted to eat as much as they could before leaving the city.
But soon they noticed that the amount of food on the table had decreased. Bewildered, they looked around themselves to find Elena elegantly eating the lady piece of the at. Then they realised that, their glutton teacher had cleared out the table without them detecting her at all.
Xiang Xiaofang was a saint, and doing sothing like this without him detecting her was the proof of her ability, but it was an utterly useless use of her great abilities. Then both of them stood up from their seats and got ready to depart. Seeing that Elena stopped them by waving her hands and said -
"Sit down, sit down. There are so changes in our plans. I'm postponing our departure for so ti. We will leave the city the day after tomorrow so we still have quite a lot of ti on our hands. Don't stop eating and order more food. Give your aweso teacher a treat, okay ? Ufufufu."
Hearing that both of them sat down once more and ordered more foods. As they knew how much Elena liked to eat, they ordered twice the amount from before. Then Lin Yan asked curiously -
"Master, for what reason did you postpone the departure ?"
Elena did not stop eating while answering -
"I just t a very interesting little girl. So I will spend the next day playing with her. She is a very good girl and can be a good friend for Yue'er. So it is better if you can also beco good friends with her."
"Oh, then I will like to go with you tomorrow, master."
"Hmm, okay. And what about you Xiaofang ?"
Hearing Elena asking him, he disinterestedly replied -
"I don't like little brats. So I will spend my ti inside the virtual world polishing my ruling skills."
"Oh, how many levels did you manage to complete ?"
Hearing this question Xiang Xiaofang's face turned red. He replied with so embarrassnt.

Actually Elena had given both Xiang Xiaofang and Lin Yan a virtual simulator for becoming a good king. Here they needed to face the duty of a king where they needed to make good decisions with better judgent. This ga had a total of twenty levels and crossing all the levels ans that one could beco a decent king of his ntality while ruling stayed the sa.
"Hahaha, how pathetic. Even I have completed 9 while levels and you're stuck at the fifth. Why don't you let beco the king and you can be my general. Hahahaha."
Even before Elena could say anything Lin Yan started to mock Xiaofang and he had no cobacks to make. He could just shut his mouth with a pouting expression.
Seeing that her students were getting along well, Elena gave them a slight smile and continued eating. After all of them were satisfied with eating, they left the restaurant and Elena took them to her newly bought place.
Both Lin Yan and Xiang Xiaofang were astonished to see Elena's new property. Lin Yan had never seen anything better than this place, and even though the royal castle where Xiang Xiaofang was previously living was better than this place, he had been leaving in poverty for the last few years, so he was still very astonished to see such a large house.
Elena explained to them how she got the house and allowed them to choose their rooms. Then Elena got busy with the repairs while Lin Yan and Xiang Xiaofang dived headfirst into the virtual simulator.
