About 2 days away from the Golden Basin city, Elena suddenly noticed sothing and stopped the gale wolves from advancing. Lin Yan and Xiang Xiaofang were a bit bewildered as to why Elena suddenly stopped in the middle of an unassuming grassland.
Xiang Xiaofang tried to focus his senses in the distance where Elena was looking and his expression changed greatly. As he was not focusing in that direction, he did not notice it before. But just a few miles ahead of them, there was an inheritance ground.
Inheritance Grounds were places which held the inheritance of a powerhouse. Most of them belonged to a peak legendary rank powerhouses who were equivalent to a level 399 being. These people liked to live behind their inheritance in a special place before starting their Demigod ascending mission. But a few Saints would also leave their inheritance behind before their lifespan was at its end.
After hearing about the inheritance ground, Lin Yan was very interested as he had never seen an inheritance ground before. All them decided to take a detour and see what this inheritance ground had to offer.

Entering the inheritance ground was a bit hard as the entrance was blocked with a restriction that could be forcefully broken down by a saint or by a very talented array expert. But with a little use of force from Xiang Xiaofang was able to break open the array quite easily.
After entering the inheritance ground Xiang Xiaofang was imdiately disappointed. That was because, after getting inside the inheritance ground he could feel that this place was created by a saint and not a legend. And that saint was most probably weaker than him.
Not only that but he could also feel that the saint to whom the inheritance ground belonged to was an immortal cultivator so the chance of him and Lin Yan benefiting from it was very low.
As Xiang Xiaofang was unknowingly expressing his true thoughts on his face, Elena slapped the back of his head gently and pointed her finger toward a direction. In which direction the finger was pointed, Xiaofang could see a small lake.
After focusing his mind in the lake, he once again beca astonished. This small lake was not a normal lake but this lake was filled with "Stellar Star Water". It was an incredibly rare material that can strengthen the physic of any person. And its effect in martial artists was even more exaggerated.
Xiaofang calculated that with the amount of Stellar Star Water present in the lake, all three of them would be able to bath in it to strengthen their physic and that thought made his overjoyed and he excitedly said -

After not getting answers from his Master and senpai and feeling an intense killing intent focusing on him he looked behind him with a puzzled expression. And there he saw Elena trying to hold back her laughter and Lin Yan looking like a Yaksha.
"Good. Very good. Now you're showing your true colour, you shaless pervert. How dare you ask the master to go inside a bath with you ? I will definitely punish a depraved bastard like you for this."
After hearing what Lin Yan said he imdiately understood what he ant. Xiaofang did not an anything ecchi with his statent and she said what he said only because he was way too excited to think properly. So he imdiately started to apologise to Elena to get her forgiveness.
Elena was not a petty person and she knew that Xiang Xiaofang did not think much before saying such words so she was not angry with him. But she was still happy that Lin Yan beca angry on her behalf and patted his head affectionately. Then she said -
"Don't worry, Xiaofang. I know that you had no bad intentions and was just a bit too excited. I don't mind it at all. And even though this Stellar Star Water is a good thing, it would have no effect on , so I don't really need to bathe into it. Feel free to use it all up to strengthen yourselves."
Hearing that Elena forgave, Xiang Xiaofang heaved a sigh of relief, then he thought back to what Elena had said and beca amazed. Even a saint rank powerhouse like him would get imnse benefit from a treasure like the Stellar Star Water, so if his teacher could not get any benefit from it that ans she was soone who had surpassed the saint rank and had stepped into the legendary ranks. Or she might even be a demigod rank powerhouse but that would be way too unbelievable.

After Elena told them that the stellar star water was useless to her, Lin Yan and Xiang Xiaofang did not waste any ti and jumped right into the lake after throwing away their clothes. Imdiately after that they felt a comfortable but overbearing energy flowing through their whole body.
The more that energy accumulated, the stronger their physic beca. But before they could lose themselves in this amazing feeling, they felt incredible pain all over their body. It almost felt like soone was kneading all their internal organs together.
Xiang Xiaofang was familiar with the feeling of pain as a high level individual himself. So he did not react much when the pain hit him. But that was not the case with Lin Yan. So, Lin Yan was screaming like a butchered chicken about to die. His pain filled screams were so disheartening that even Elena felt a bit sad. She never liked to hear the sad scream of a loved one but she knew that if Lin Yan really wanted to beco stronger then this much pain should be nothing to him. So, she had to hear his screaming without doing anything to help Lin Yan.
After a few minutes, Lin Yan stopped screaming loudly. He was still letting out a few grants acknowledging the pain, but he was able to consciously stop himself from screaming anymore. It looked like he had gotten used to the feeling of pain, but actually it was not the case.
After seeing that Xiang Xiaofang was able to easily hold it in after feeling the sa amount of pain, Lin Yan felt that as a senior he also should not scream like a crazy person. So he held his screams in through sheer willpower alone.
Impressed by Lin Yan's tenacity, Elena decided to give him a special gift. A little bit of her real powers leaked for a mont and entered Lin Yan's body. No one was able to notice it other than Elena herself.
After becoming a World Guider, Elena could add worlds into her followers list. And as soon as she returned the World's Will of RASHTROYNI expressed its willingness to beco one of her followers. A world would be able to gain imnse benefit by being guided by soone as excellent as Elena, so that decision was a no brainer of the World's Will.
When a world beca her follower, she gained a special authority to grant the residents of that world so of her abilities as a gift. Not everyone was compatible with all types of skills so she first needed to know what type of skill would suit that person.
Doing so was easy for Elena and now she could make all the world's inhabitants to be special skill holders using that authority. But she had no intention of doing so as that was not a good developnt process in the long run.
But she would definitely give special abilities to help the few people who were close to her and Lin Yan was going to be the first person to receive this gift from Elena.

After enduring the pain for two or three hours the pain suddenly started to recede. The water of the small lake had also lost all its shine and started to look like regular water. But at that ti Lin Yan suddenly felt sothing mystical awakening inside him.
His whole body started to shine with a starry blue light and a deep blue lotus mark appeared on his forehead. His physical strength saw another spike and his level also increased slightly. Now Lin Yan felt like he could kill hundreds of copies of himself from before. His strength had increased exponentially.
