After Elena ntioned the word dragon both Tomoe and the struggling monster suddenly stopped. Tomoe stopped because she realised that the monster she was fighting and beating up was actually a legendary dragon. And the dragon stopped after realising that sohow this human was able to identify it.
Even though materialising mana on his body was not an efficient use of mana and was extrely wasteful, this also provided him with a very solid way to hide his appearance from most types of scrutiny. So this dragon had never thought that soone would be able to learn about its true identity.
As soon as the dragon realised that the black mist like magic power covering its body started to disappear. Soon the form of a lizard-like being with shiny black scales was visible before everyone's eyes. Tomoe looked at the being with an amused expression on her face. It was truly a real dragon.
There were various monsters in this world that looked like a dragon. Most people probably would even believe so of the powerful dragon like beings to be real dragons. But today Tomoe realised that it was impossible for any dragon looking monster to actually beco a real dragon. The majesty this being was radiating was truly astonishing.
When the dragon was covered in mana Tomoe had not realised it but now that the dragon had revealed its true form, Tomoe could see how majestic it actually was. There was a special kind of aura radiating from it that made everyone to feel a sense of awe.
For the first ti, the dragon spoke up -
"How did you recognise my true identity, elf ?"
Soone would expect a dragon like this to have a heavy and serious voice but what Elena and Tomoe heard was like the voice of a young child. It was heard to say if the voice belonged to a man or a woman as children's voices were a little similar. But as the dragon was a male, it was most probably the voice of a boy.
Elena did not give a direct reply and just smiled slightly at the dragon and snapped her fingers. Imdiately the chains binding the dragon vanished. Elena then went close to it and patted it on its paws and said -
"That is a secret. Now tell why are you creating trouble here for many people ? If your reasons are not good enough, I will give you a tough punishnt."
Imdiately the dragon shivered a little bit after hearing that. When Elena caught him with the chains, he had already understood that the power difference between them was very high. So when he heard that Elena was going to punish it, it imdiately beca scared and started to tell how this dragon ended up here.
Most of the dragons did not live in the mortal world. Elysium and Valhalla were higher realms where the Demigods went after their ascension and those were also the places where most of the true dragons lived.
Dragons were a powerful race since birth and with the blessing of various gods, quite a few of them were able to reach the realm of a Demigod. That was how they were able to compete equally with the powerful races of Angels and Devils in the higher realm.
There were only a few dragons who were allowed to co down to the mortal realm. Most of the ti powerful races like Devils, Angels and Dragons were not allowed to visit this realm as they wished because of their imnse strength.
This dragon here nad Turin was also born in Valhalla. It was actually the heir to a prestigious dragon clan which was devoted to the high god of Plague Calamity and had given birth to several demigods with his blessings. Turin was also expected to beco a Demigod in the future gk carry on the good na of the clan.
So for that reason since a very young age Turin was given a very strict training and education. Becoming the leader of a large clan was not easy and becoming a Demigod was equally hard. For that reason the elders of the clan always kept a strict eye on him to make sure that Turin grew up to be an ideal person to handle the clan.
From the elder and other dragon's perspective, this was a very normal thing to do. All the dragons were very intelligent and wise from a very young age and most of them were capable of handling this kind of pressure. But unfortunately that was not the case for Turin. Even though he was also more intelligent than an average dragon, he was still just a child in his heart. So all this pressure was just too much for him. But at the sa ti Turin also did not want to disappoint his parents and elders so he was also unable to outright deny them as they were actually doing it for his own good.
One day while trying to calm his mind down after a long and boring lesson, Turin ca across a newly created divine trial. There were quite a lot of divine trials present throughout both of the higher worlds. But still coming across a brand new one was rare and a sign of gold luck. There was a chance that the first person to clear a divine trial would be able to get a special reward and that was the reason why this was considered to be a good opportunity.
So Turin imdiately took this chance to challenge the trial and after so struggle he was also able to finish it. And just as he had expected, Turin was given a special reward.
The trail said that the reward would be sothing that the winner wanted in the depths of his heart and it turned out that the reward was a cross realm teleportation token. That could only an Turin always wanted to just run away from all the heavy burdens responsibilities that were on his small shoulders.
There was a lot of hesitation in Turin but after so ti he ended up using the cross realm teleportation token. And after a bright flash of light, he found himself in the middle of an ocean. Turin was also able to see a land quite far and decided to fly toward it.
He knew from the books he read that it would be bad news if his real identity as a dragon was revealed. There was a high chance that his Demigod grandpas and grandmas might co to take him back and would also give him a harsh punishnt. That was the reason why he decided to hide its form with mana and to settle down on a place for so ti to plan his next steps.
The very first island that he found was this island and after scaring everyone away, Turin decided to settle down here for so ti but even after quite so ti passed, he was still not sure about what to do next. Dragons were naturally lazy and the ti was very slow for them. That was why Turin was still here and ended up encountering Elena and Tomoe.
