Several sci-fi weapons that was surrounding the man started bombarding Elena as the starting signal of the battle. Each projectile that ca toward her were extrely powerful and had the power to kill her. Dying once would not be a problem as she found that these projectiles did not have the ability to stop resurrection but were strictly ant for penetration power.
But if Elena died even once, the resurrection would take so ti. That would be a major gap and her opponent would be able to exploit it. So Elena was sure that if she died even once, the flow of the battle would completely go away from her hands and she would be in a lot of danger.
So the best thing that Elena could do in a situation like this was to block the projectiles and to destroy them. Just dodging was not enough as there was a high possibility that these projectiles would be able to change direction and ca toward her again.
There was another thing that was worrying Elena. That was the legendary world behind her. Legendary worlds were very powerful and destroying them was not easy. But Elena was sure that if she and this man started to fight in earnest, then just the aftershock of their battle might destroy the world. So before she could start the battle with all her might against this mighty foe, she needed to do sothing in order to secure the safety of this world.
That was why, at the sa ti when her opponent activated a long ranged bombardnt on her, Elena did nothing to protect herself and instead used a skill from her Eternal Guardian occupation. This skills na was "Guardian's Determination". As for what this skill did, it linked the user of the skill with the thing or individual the user wanted to protect. In the linked state, the protected individual or item would enter an intangible state and would beca invincible for as long as this skill was activated and the user of the skill was alive.
So with the activation of Guardian's Determination, Elena made sure that as long as she was alive, the world behind her would be safe. So this man could now only destroy the world after turning Elena into a corpse. Seeing this, the smile that this man had beca even ferocious and he started advancing toward Elena with his lee weapons while the other weapons continued their bombardnt.
As for how Elena was defending herself from the saturation attack, her swords were doing the job. With just this first exchange, Elena imdiately realised that with her low power level, the concept magjc she could use would be useless in this fight. So she would need to depend on her trusty warrior skills in this battle.
Controlling swords from far was fine and dandy but she would only be able to utilise her true strength by wielding the sword with her own hands. So she held one of the strongest of the 365 swords and went to clash with the man who ca at her with a large axe.
Elena first tried to understand the strength and the skill of her opponent with a probing move but that turned out to be a mistake. Even though Elena managed to block the attack, with just the rebound of the force, she lost more than a million of her HP. But obviously the man would not just attack once or twice, instead he started to continuously land blows after blows on Elena.
Even with her high HP amount and HP regeneration speed, Elena would only be able to withstand a dozens of such attack. Even continuously healing herself with creation concept magjc would extend her life for a little bit more. But that would not be enough to give Elena any winning chance in this battle.
Elena imdiately understood that against an opponent this overwhelmingly stronger than her, she had no ways to probe or to hold back. She imdiately decided tn go all out as well. First and foremost, Elena was a hero and savior. So to show her full strength, she needed to have sothing to protect other than her own life.
