After teleporting from the sea, Elena appeared before the gates of the village. As soon as she appeared, the guards who were guarding the door noticed her. As very few people visited their village, the guards were not really keeping an eye on the gate. So when Elena appeared, they had not noticed her teleportation. They only looked at her after hearing her footsteps.
Before the guards could ask her anything, Elena told them about Paras and about her being a S rank adventurer. Imdiately the guards also beca excited and went to inform the village head.
Elena was not made to just wait outside the gate. The other guards took her to the building where the non duty guards rested and even served her so juice. As Elena was a S rank adventurer and had ca to their village at a ti when their village was in a lot of danger, they imdiately understood that she was most probably here to save them from their terrible situation. So they were very respectful when interacting with Elena.
When the guard went to call the village head, Elena had handed him a letter written by Paras explaining Elena and the situation regarding her. So when the village head appeared, he was already aware of the situation and there was no need for Elena to explain the situation to him.
The village head was extrely grateful and thanked Elena repeatedly for helping them. Elena then asked him to calm down and to call the knowledgeable people of the village for a eting. She had so questions for them. Elena also asked the village head to be as quick as possible.
Following Elena's instructions, he quickly gathered all the elders of the village before Elena. Then Elena explained then about the monster who was the reason for this sudden dangerous situation. When the elders heard that the monster was a level 342 powerhouse, all the them almost fainted in fright.
But next Elena told them about the monster being a divine blessed and about its reason for attacking. This again made the elders fearful. Divine beasts and monsters were sothing that many demons prayed to. Obviously the gods were the main deity but quite a few villages also prayed to the divine blesseds as sub deities.
The monster that Elena told the villagers about was not an unknown one. It was known as the Sea Roar in the folktales. The sea of this area was safe for the divers to use was mostly because of the Sea Roar. It killed most of the powerful and dangerous monsters and kept the sea safe for the fishern and divers. Even so weaker divers were able to go to the sea because of the presence of the Sea Roar.
For this reason, the Sea Roar was a benefactor to the divers of this village. But in return, instead of showing their gratitude to the Sea Roar, they had actually ended up stealing it's egg. Even through it was unintentional, the most people present in the eting felt terrible about it.
On the other hand, in its rage, the Sea Roar had ended up killing of the young man from the Village. Even if this action was justified for the Sea Roar, the villagers were terribly angry after one of their own had died at its hand.
So the situation was quite tense. That beca even more heated when one of the elders reported back about the conditions of the eggs. Three young n including the one who had died had found them while diving. There were a total of 7 eggs. Among them, all three of the n took two eggs and the last remaining eggs was delivered to the village head as a gift. That egg was fine and three other eggs were also fine. But the remaining three eggs were not. Two of them had already been eaten by the young n and the other egg had broken by mistake. So basically, not only the villagers had stolen the eggs, they had also definitely destroyed three of the eggs.
The village head imdiately gathered the remaining eggs and handed them to Elena. But even that action was resisted by the family of the young man who was killed. Seeing them Elena really felt bad for them. But in this situation, they were powerless to do anything. So Elena strictly reminded them about their powerlessness.
"What happened with a family mber of yours was a tragedy. What happened with the Sea Roar was also a tragedy. Now we can't judge whose tragedy is more hurtful. It's imposible to judge.
If you want revenge for what had happened with your son, your brother or your cousin, then it is perfectly fine for you all to attack the Sea Roar with the intention to kill it. But on the other hand, it is also perfectly fine for the Sea Roar to destroy your whole village for stealing it's egg.
It's is a level 340 plus monster. So can any one of you even withstand one single blow from it ? You all are demons. Strength is the most important thing that matters to you all. So instead of putting the whole village in danger, shouldn't you go and fight the Sea Roar for revenge ? Why are you all not doing that. Even if you died, you all will die a brave death. Isn't that amazing ?"
Hearing what Elena said, all the people who were against the returning of eggs hung their heads. So of the young n and won tightly clenched their fists. One of the young man even tried to shout to encourage himself and to master up his bravery but when the strength of the monster and his own strength ca to his mind, his bravery died down.
Elena gave a deep piercing look to all the people present and then she disappeared from her spot with the eggs. The other people who were in the area also went back to their own hos while praying that the Sea Roar would not destroy their villages. After so ti passed, only the disheartened family mbers of the dead young man was present in the area.

After teleporting away, Elena did not imdiately appeared before the Sea Roar. Instead she appeared a bit away from her and sighed slightly. What Elena had said to the family mbers of the deceased sounded very harsh but it was true. Elena could have kill the Sea Roar if she supported the sad family completely. She also could have destroyed the village if she supported the Sea Roar completely. But she did not do anything like that as that would have been unfair to the opposite side. So she did just the bare minimum to take care of the situation. After getting only four eggs back, the Sea Roar left with sad wails echoing throughout the sea. Elena really felt bad for her so she gave her a little help. Elena took away the effect of the divine decree and now the Sea Roar would not need to roam the sea anymore. So it will be able to take care of the eggs.
But at the sa ti, it would also stop clearing the dangerous sea creatures in this sea area, which would make fishing and diving almost impossible here. Elena obviously did not want that would happen or the Yumi village would disappear even without the Sea Roar doing anything to it. So she created a different sea creature to do the sa thing that Sea Roar was doing all this ti.
That was how, Elena took care of this very complex situation. But this whole thing left a bad taste in her mouth.
