Before the foolish man could continue spouting more non-sense, suddenly he felt a barrier surrounding this area. He tried to prob the barrier but all his efforts were in vain. The only thing he was able to find was the fact that this barrier was made from combination of various concepts and did not consist of just a single one.
Normally, even for people with a very long life, mastering just one concept was not easy. Even if soone had managed to learn more than one concept, still they would mostly focus on one of them as their main. Trying to master various concepts at the sa ti was ill advised as that way the growth would be extrely slow.
So for soone to not only master more than one concept but also to combine them, it was insane. Soone like that would definitely be scouted by the large organisations or maybe even the top ones. Even though their conglorate was not a small power, they were nothing before the large organisations, let alone the top ones.
Realising this, the haughty man started to feel fear. But then he soon cald down and ca up with a plan. As he had already made his move, there was no way for him to take a step back now. So he decided to go all the way.
Even if both of these girls were super geniuses, their levels were still lower than his. He also had a trump card that was dangerous for even a level 6000 powerhouse. So if he could just kill them as quickly as possible and hide his involvent in it, then he could still save his skin.
As soon as this plan had ca to his mind, he imdiately made his next move without wasting any ti. He attacked the n who were with him and killed all of them, including the butler in less than a minute. With his significant level and power advantage, it was not a hard thing to do.
While he was busy slaughtering his own n, Elena and Azusa did not do anything and just watched him coldly. The barrier that Elena had put up was a combination of Space, Ti and Fate concept. So only soone with high mastery of these concepts or with a level above 7500 would be able to see through it. From a simple scan perford by Elena, this city had no powerhouses of that level.
After he was done slaughtering all the other people except for Elena and Azusa, he turned toward them with a ferocious look. He needed to kill everyone present here to save his skin and several of the people whom he had just killed were his friends and long ti subordinates.
So it was not like he did not feel anything while taking away their lives. So he wanted to send these two ladies to hell too to accompany his fallen friends.
To accomplish that, he took out a broken sword. This sword was shining with an ominous red light. As soon as Elena and Azusa saw this broken sword, they becane surprised. That was not because this thing was super strong but because it was an item from the place where they were planning to go.
This broken sword was called "Blade of Alakazata (Incomplete)". It had the power of the ruin inside it and it was a decently powerful item. It was an item with limited number of uses but getting hit by it would deal a good amount of damage which would not be easy to heal because of the ruin energy inside it.
Just a mont ago, Azusa was planning to just kill off this man and that was it. But now, with the reveal of this item, she decided to keep him alive for a little bit longer to get so information out of her.
The barrier that Elena had used did not only blocked the perception of any people, it also speed up the ti inside the barrier. So currently Azusa had a lot of ti in her hands to extract the information from this man.

After about two minutes of ti had passed in the outside world, the barrier disappeared. Elena and Azusa again appeared on the street. As for all the other people who had once surrounded them, they had silently disappeared.
While going toward the inn again, Azusa and Elena started to discuss the information that they had managed to find out from this man nad Koul. He was an forr explorer and had entered the Ruination Temple quite a few tis with his teammates.
The sword was the best treasure that he had ever managed to find there. Once the team he was a part of had find themselves facing a level 6000 plus monster who could manipulate the ti. This monster had not only killed all the other mbers of his team, it even took pleasure in torturing them.
Koul was very lucky that a passerby powerhouse had chased the monster off and had saved his life at the last mont. But after this he was never able to go back to being an explorer anymore. That was why he had now beco a common thug working for the Tretagramitan Group.
But still, his knowledge about the Ruination Temple was quite vast. There were not many books about this place and finding soone who had entered this place was even more rare. That was why finding this man was a very good stroke of the luck for the ladies.
The most interesting piece of information that Koul had to offer was a treasure map that indicated a place inside the Ruination Temple. That area in question was extrely harsh, so Koul had never gotten the chance to hunt for this treasure. Now this would fall into the hands of his killers.
Other than the knowledge of this treasure, the general information about the Ruination Temple was also very valuable. Elena and Azusa had also ca to know about a few illegal thods to find items related to the Ruination Temple.
But after reaching the inn and resting their body inside the hot bath, both of the ladies temporarily forgot about this. They had ca to this city to have a shopping date and that was exactly what they were going to do soon.

The next morning, Elena woke up very early and disappeared from the inn with teleportation. She and Azusa had planned to et up later in front of a fountain. According to Azusa and her romance books, this was how friends going on a date together should et.
But before that, Elena had a few things to do. After her first encounter with the Ruin energy last day, she had ca up with an idea of a new skill. So she was going to try it out. During the journey in the Ruination Temple, Elena now had a new goal of mastering this new skill of hers fully. It might beco another powerful trump card in Elena's arsenal in the future.
