"You guessed it right. This is my girlfriend, Chen Xiaoqian. Qian, this is Uncle Zheng."
"Hello Uncle Zheng." Why did he look so familiar, especially those eyes...
"You youngster already have a girlfriend, ti flies," Uncle Zheng nodded.

But then he thought, his situation might actually be better than his father’s; at least being pinched in the waist isn’t as visible as having your ear twisted...
Qian wondered what his ho would be like, perhaps antique-like or strict and oppressive. But upon arriving with Yu Minglang at his house, she found it was just an ordinary ho, with nothing particularly special.

Being called out for putting on airs made Mr. Yu’s face flush with embarrassnt. He stood up and kicked Yu Minglang across the room.
Everyone except Qian laughed at Yu Laomao—it served him right!
