"Actually, wouldn’t it be good for you to go ho and accompany your partner at this ti? She is also a suspected target," Lin Ze Guang asked.
Yu Minglang shook his head.

Providing safe and effective protection doesn’t necessarily an being by her side all the ti. Yu Minglang staying here to quickly catch the suspect is more protective of Qian than sticking with her. He doesn’t like being passive; he prefers to take the initiative.

"I know what’s wrong. You said both victims were killed after their night shifts, but the first victim worked in a mall where the latest night shift ended at 8 PM. Why was she alone near the mall past midnight?"
This detail was casually ntioned by others, but Yu Minglang’s intuition caught the problem.
"Maybe she went to eat after work?" Lin Ze Guang guessed, noting that many eateries are open 24 hours.
Yu Minglang shook his head and spread out a map of Lishi.
"Look for yourselves, there are no 24-hour eateries around here. She rode her bike alone to the closed mall with a purpose. What was she doing?"
That area is a comrcial district, not on her route ho. No one would go out of their way in the middle of the night, which raises suspicion.
"Maybe it was a date or sothing, wouldn’t that be unimportant?" soone remarked casually.
Yu Minglang looked at him calmly, "Everything you deem unimportant could beco a key to the case. Check! Check why she went to a closed mall at that late hour."
Yu Minglang was doing his utmost to help Qian with her troubles, seemingly unrelated things, yet sohow intertwined with things that would happen to them both.
While not letting any detail slip, the comprehensive investigation was conducted, and Qian’s work continued as well.
Yu Liui, following her brother’s instructions, stayed close to Qian.
Qian is not an easy person to get along with, and few people can impress her, but Yu Liui sohow didn’t bother her.

Later, Qian got a call from Teng Shuixian to et a client. Such high-profile patients do not want many people to know they’re sick, so Qian went alone, leaving Yu Liui to roam the street, urging her to stay in the mall and wander but not go out because of her poor sense of direction.

"She went to et a client, told she turns off her phone during etings and turns it back on when done; she’s at the café in the mall."
"Nothing unusual happened, right?"
"No, sister-in-law is great, doesn’t talk much but is kind to , and she loves braised pork, I like her!"
"Of course, do you think I can choose the wrong woman? Take good care of your cousin’s wife, I’ll reward you once it’s done, whatever you want to eat!"
"No need, cousin’s wife gave many things, toiletries all new, and today a fantastic towel — Lang, what does my sister-in-law like, I’d like to buy sothing for her, reciprocation is important."
