On a remote island, far off the shore of Japan. It's too small to get pick up by any satellite but big enough to house facility for the global headquarters of S.H.O.C.K.E.R.

Entering the island in a stealthy way, Shiori in her kan rider suit make sure no one see her as she maneuver her way inside the largest building that have the icon of the organization she hates.
The hole ti, she can't help but feel a like sothing is off. Her machine detect no danger, but for so reason there's a sensation that sothing is horribly wrong here.
Approaching one of the narrow hallways that lead her upstair, she avoid contacts by crawling through the vents and climing elevator shaff. She made her way to the top floor, across a empty hallway is a large door at the end.
She steady herself, before entering.
A woman sat with her back turn to her, looking out of the window. Shiori need no greetings, the big shocker emblem on the back of her cape makes it obvious enough.
Her fist fly with no remorse, it carries only an absolute will to crush the enemy without care.
“Interesting” a voice bood, calmly with a smooth but yet, cold and tallic voice.
Her fist did not reach the woman, well it did but there was like a wall of air that stopped her fist.
V3 did not react, she leap backward, using her feet to bounce off a wall. She boosted herself toward the woman again.
From the shadow, untold amount of masked soldiers ca out rushing to tackle her.
"MOVE!" One swing of her hand is able to sent a group flying out of the window.
Another swing and another swing, V3 didn't have ti to play around. She have to get rid of them quickly.
So she tapped into one of her special power, as the twin fan begin to turn. The air in the room begin to drop as gush of wind rushing around V3 body turn into a blue color, her antenna then shot out a blue beam to the soldier closing around her.
"Freezing shot."
The beam hit through them in an arc wave, spreading through each of them. Slowing their body movent down, as they loose body heat, the wave was so cold it turn them frozen like a statue.
"So hasty, i am not going anywhere now. Kan rider." She spoke again, turning around the director drop her overcoat for V3 to see her glorious form in full view.
In completely black outfit, a vanitas-schirmmütze cap cover the top of her face,
Her officer's tunic is tailored fit, with insignia of Shocker on the collar and aiguillettes on her right shoulder. Wearing black trousers that are high-waisted around her plum and thicc thigh. Tucked into high leather boots polished to a shine. Her Shocker emblem shine proudly on a leather belt around her waist.
She greet V3 with a smile, an act that anger V3 just from her sight of it.
Kicking her feet up, V3 use a roundhouse kick to destroy the soldier frozen bodies, shattering them into ice particle in one swipe of her leg.
V3 then charge again, "you shall pay for what you did. You vile, monster."
", monster ? Sure, i'm no monster than the human weapon that just murdered 25 people in cold blood just now." Her hand spread out to both side highlighted by the bloody scene of dead bodies of her Shocker soldier lying on the floor in pieces.
Flashing a manical grin, such dramatic flare in the way through every move she made only invite more of V3's rage.
*Argh!!!*
She wasted no ti and stepped forward, closing the distance to the director in one quick strides.
The muscle in V3 arm tense up as she sent her right fist slaming into her enemy midsection with a loud thud.
"But i have to ask, have we t ?" V3 look down to see that her arm was being clutch by the director. Held by a firm grip, she posed a question to V3.
"You killed my family, prepare to die!" Behind that mask, V3 face twisted in a fit of anger. Her left hand raise up, a suprise uppercut that knock the director view to watching the ceiling.
She use this mont to tore her arm away from the grasp of the director. Following up with a haymaker that connected squarely on her wide jaw, continuing down to several punches in her chest and a final punch coming from the side, it hit the director so hard she was sent flying and spinning as her body went into the air.
The director landed softly on the ground, with one knee hiting bending down. "I'm terribly sorry, but i think you're going to be more descriptive." She spoke in a quite honest manner, rising on both her feet and standing up straight.
To V3 shock and suprise, her attack dealt next to no damaged as far as her augnted eyes can see. Her eyes did not find any false hologram, no tricks, no lie, yet the scene that is showing right now is nothing but make her to really question that is real and that is not.
"To be honest, i must say. I am quite angry myself, but unlike you brute." She pointed a finger at V3, "i have class, self control, i am of a superior standing."
Fixing her ssed up collar as if nothing serious has happened, she continue. "Now, if you wouldn't mind, i belived that it is my turn to strike." Right as she finish her sentence, the director figure dash foward into a blur.
V3 reacted just in ti to throw a single punch at her, a fist ca at her own. The two incoming fist collided, augnted versus augnted. The resulting sound boom out was like a gunshot in the confined space of the room, knocking the furniture flying everywhere.
V3 staggered back from the blow, holding back a scream of agony tearing from her throat. Her fist muscle was pushed back, not only that but her arm was even broken.
anwhile the director show no sign of similar problem, she charges at V3 with lighting speed. Returning a punch to her gut drove any air from V3 lung out, and before she could recover, another fist smashed into her face with devastating force.
An explosion of sparks flying off her helt, created by the friction when the fist grind against her head, the pain make her scream out in.
V3 body slamd through the door, forcefully thrust passed several dense concrete wall. One of them finally able to hold itself from breaking, it stops her from being completely shoved through the building.
*Kuah!*
Spitting a mouthfull of blood from her mouth piece, her augnted parts is trying to recover with difficulty from the brutal display in strength. Now V3 was pushed so hard that the last wall hold her was cratered by her figure digging into it.
She felt her heart hamring against her own ribs. Every instinct scread at V3 to stand up, to rise, to move. Her flight or fight response is telling her to get up quickly and face the danger coming closer as seccond ticks by, she stand oppose to her lying body.
*crumble*
Stepping on the crack and broken floor, the director walk out slowly passing each wall. She stopped just in front of V3 battered body.
"Sha, really. I was expecting so much more coming from the successor to the title of Kan rider." Her words are cold and full of disappointnt, "oh, well. I hope you can be an encouragent to the double rider that will be here soon." At the end of her word, a fist ca to V3 vision, filling it with a darkness.
