Leng Pan looked at Boss Wang who had the audacity to say that he wanted her to serve him and almost cut him to pieces.

She hated people who treated won like their objects of pleasure.

She wondered how any woman would want to be soone like that. Looking at Juan Ke’s ex-wife who behaved as if she had won the lottery by staying by Boss Wang’s side, Leng Pan felt that Juan Ke had done the right thing by divorcing her.

"Take those guns away from my family." Lu Zhen said with a cold voice.

"What if I don’t? What can you do about it? I am telling you, tell that woman beside you to co and be my woman and I might spare the pathetic lives of these elders.

Your brother can also work as my follower. Don’t worry, I will definitely feed him all the left overs. He won’t starve to death." Boss Wang really felt like he was standing at the top of the world just because his group had two guns.

"Who would have thought that CEO Lu of the famous Lu Corporation will one day be at the rcy of a neighborhood thug like Boss Wang?" One person in the crowd said.

"You know him?" Another who had not recognized Lu Zhen asked.

"He is that impressive?" The second man asked in surprise.

"So what if he was an impressive businessman? In the apocalypse, your wealth and status before it started don’t matter.

What matters is strength. And at the mont, Boss has the upper hand." The first man said mockingly.

The second man who had no idea who Lu Zhen was before looked at the situation in front of him and left the crowd.

He decided to go back to his apartnt. He still had old parents to support. If anything happened to him because he was too curious about other people, his parents would be the ones to suffer.

He wasn’t stupid. Soone who was famous for his ruthless tactics in business, and had managed to make his company among the five richest in the country in only five years wasn’t a vegetarian.

He definitely wasn’t soone who would eat a loss. Those humiliating him and his family would have to pay for it and he didn’t want the sparks to catch him there just because he wanted gossip.

Juan Ke looked at the back of the man walking out of the crowd and thought that he was smart. That kind of person will survive longer in the apocalypse. He knew who to provoke and who to stay clear of.

Leng Pan listened to those people waiting to reap the results of their hard work and felt an unprecedented anger boil in her chest.

She and her family had worked hard to collect supplies but so people wanted to harvest where they never sowed. How ironic.

"Huh!" Leng Pan laughed sarcastically.

"You guys have guts. Take those guns away from my family before I get angry, and trust , once I get angry, you won’t walk out of this house alive." Leng Pan didn’t mince her words, she was very blunt.

The thugs looked at her and burst into laughter.

"You want to kill us? Lady, we are the ones with the guns and you are empty-handed.

How are you going to make sure we don’t walk out of here alive? Also, that pretty boy next to you is just like you. He might have been feared before the apocalypse, but now he is nothing." One of the thugs holding a baseball bat said with laughter.

Both Leng Pan and Lu Zhen weren’t people who loved entanglents, so they weren’t going to argue with dead people.

Thus, just as the other thugs started to laugh too, their laughter ca to an abrupt end and all fell to the ground writhing with pain.

Their guns and other weapons were forgotten and dropped to the floor.

The others in the crowd were so surprised that they scattered like birds in a tree that had caught fire.

They didn’t know what had happened, but they knew for sure that it had sothing to do with Leng Pan and Lu Zhen. After all, Leng Pan had just finished saying that those thugs won’t walk out of there alive.

Then as they ran, painful screams of the thugs followed behind them like a ghost that refused to go to reincarnate.

Hearing those screams, those lon eaters ran even faster. They felt that if they were any slower, they would die without knowing how it happened.

No one dared to gamble with their lives. They had barely escaped turning into zombies not long ago, they didn’t want to die at the hands of others so soon.

Juan Ke’s ex-wife sat at the side dumbfounded. She had been leaning on Boss Wang just a mont ago when she felt her support gone and she fell back on her butt.

She looked at Boss Wang who had been arrogant before screaming like a pig being slaughtered and felt her heart turn cold.

Boss Wang was her support. She had already divorced her husband, if she lost the support of Boss Wang, what would happen to her?

No, she couldn’t let anything happen to Boss Wang, she had to beg for rcy so that they would let him go.

Thinking of this, she imdiately got up and knelt in front of Leng Pan, "Please Miss, please let Boss Wang go. He won’t dare to try and rob you again. Please let him go. We will leave imdiately and you won’t have to ever see us again." She pleaded repeatedly.
