"Now I can create a mimicry of myself and you can successfully create a domain. These could help us a lot in the future.
I wonder how hot that fusion mist would be if we created it now!" Leng Pan said as she got out of Lu Zhen’s arms.
"You an the one you create a mist and I add fire?" Lu Zhen asked as he rembered how hot the resulting steam had been before.
Now that both of them had better control of their superpowers, he also wondered how hot they could make it.
"Why don’t we try creating it now?" Lu Zhen asked again. He wanted to give it a try.
To his surprise, Leng Pan refused to agree to his suggestion.
"No, you have to recover first. You almost got yourself cooked just now and I am still not over the tension. No more playing with fire today." Leng Pan wasn’t having that nonsense.
"It’s not dangerous, and what happened was just an accident. Baby, I promise that it won’t happen again." Lu Zhen hadn’t expected to be banned from using fire simply because he had accidentally created a heat field.
Although it had been a blessing in disguise, it looked like he still had to face the consequences.
"I don’t want to hear that. I like my husband alive and kicking. So, please just rest for today. I can accompany you and not train too." Leng Pan insisted.
She wasn’t going to change her mind. Seeing that he couldn’t convince her, Lu Zhen decided to give up and rest for the day. Anyway, since the two of them got married, they had never had any ti for themselves except during the night.
It would be good to spend ti together and build their bond.
"Fine, it’s almost lunch ti anyway. Let’s go eat lunch then co back and rest." Lu Zhen gave in.
"Mmm.... that’s my good husband." Leng Pan said then burst into laughter.
Lu Zhen followed suit and laughed along with her. He loved seeing her so happy. Now seeing her laughing so carefree made him happier than if he had signed a hundred million dollars contract.

After an hour, they took a shower together and finally went to the other apartnt for lunch. Lucky for them, because Lu Zhen had almost burnt himself, they had taken a break and stopped training earlier than usual, so they were late by only about fifteen minutes.
The people waiting for them to eat just eyed them briefly and looked away. Apart from Lu Tao who was still young, the others were no longer young and understood from the glow in their eyes what had just happened.
No need to say it. After all, they had been through the sa phase before when they were newly married. They just pretended not to know so as not to embarrass Leng Pan.
She was a girl after all. Girls tend to be shy and a single remark could ruin the happiness between the young couple.
The apocalypse was already creating a somber mood everywhere. They couldn’t even go out for fresh air or to et friends. Thus, they didn’t need to deal with an unsatisfied monk who had just discovered paradise.

Well, it was like Li Yunjia talking with Leng Pan about random topics and Aunt Li contributing from ti to ti. The n just ate in silence. Lu Zhen would serve his wife food every ti her bowl gained so space.
By the ti they were done eating, Leng Pan had eaten so much that her stomach was about to burst. She hadn’t realized how much food she had eaten. Lu Zhen really thought she was a pig feeding her so much while she was engrossed with talking to her mother-in-law.
Seeing her so uncomfortable, Lu Zhen took the tea pot placed on the table and made so herbal tea to help with digestion.
He served her a cup with a tender smile on his annoyingly handso face. When he smiled like that, Leng Pan couldn’t do anything to him even if she was angry. How can soone be so annoying yet make her so happy? Her heart would literally lt every ti she looked at him.
When he touched her, her entire being, body and soul would lt too.
If soone had told her that she would fall so hard for a guy just a month ago, she would have laughed at them to death. How could she fall so in love with soone? It was a ridiculous thought.
However, at the mont, she was glad that she had transmigrated into this book world. Even though she was starting to suspect that there was more to this world than what she had thought.
After lunch, the young couple went back to their apartnt to rest. Since they had made the decision not to train in the afternoon, they went straight to bed and laid down.

It was a very peaceful sleep for Lu Zhen, but Leng Pan had trouble sleeping for a while.
She had a dream. In the dream, there were many strange creatures fighting with humans. There were also humans fighting each other and killing each other.
She didn’t understand what was happening and the dream wasn’t clear. All she saw were silhouettes and bloodshed. She didn’t even hear a sound or any voice. It was deafeningly quiet.
It wasn’t until one silhouette running towards the battle shouted, "Commander Leng, the barrier has been breached," that she woke up with a start.
Lu Zhen was woken up by the jerk of Leng Pan’s body and found her covered in sweat and sowhat trembling.
" What’s wrong?" He asked as he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her to his chest.
