The solemnity that coated his movements gave the room an atmosphere of reverence, because he was the first player to reach the summit of level 200.
As a few particles of light danced around his fingers, Kaizen plunged into his own memories and the moments that had brought him to that moment.
As if it were yesterday, Kaizen remembered perfectly the day he went to hunt Steel Claw Mantises. On that day, he also met Klank, with whom he often traded items for a lower price than on the World Market, but the money was much quicker to obtain that way.
Of course, Kaizen also remembers when he fought the Scarlet Demon Spider. He was lost in that situation and was much weaker than the mission required, but he still managed to defeat the Boss with a lot of effort and ingenuity. Perhaps it was this battle that made him fall so in love with Rise Online.
Midgard was a vast world, full of lush landscapes and perplexing challenges, and it was fine for Kaizen just to have fun earning money, after all, initially he was just one of countless adventurers. He explored mysterious forests, faced fearsome creatures and tried to understand the history of this world. Each new level he conquered was the result of sleepless nights, meticulously planned strategies and epic battles that made his heart pound.
Like the time he fought Nebula, the Necromantic Witch, a woman capable of reviving and controlling the dead. This was one of the toughest battles of the first invasion of The Eye of Hermodr, and at that time there was still the mystery of why they were doing all this.
As Kaizen remembered everything, a glow so intense enveloped him that everything around him was overshadowed.
'I dedicated myself to exploring impenetrable dungeons, where not even the shadows dared to hide. I faced formidable enemies, most of them much stronger than me, because I knew that the moment I defeated them, it would be much more enjoyable than facing dozens of inferior creatures...' Kaizen thought.
No scars were left on Kaizen's body, because they all healed at the end of the battles, when he finally rested, but that wasn't enough to make him forget everything he had gone through to get to the level he had reached.
Kaizen, however, was no mere accumulator of experience points; he was a scholar of the arts of battle, refining his skills with a meticulous obsession for getting stronger and increasing his attributes to an even greater level than they could possibly be by simply doing the basics. He spent entire nights and days forging, pushing his body to the limit so that his muscle fibers would break down and regenerate stronger than before.
Kaizen faced challenges that transcended the limits of the extraordinary.
Legendary creatures, whose roars reverberated through his very flesh, crossed his path.
Ancient artifacts, imbued with forgotten powers, were discovered and used by him.
Inevitably, he has gained many enemies so far, but alliances have also been forged, as well as friendships and a great love.
Kaizen's evolution wasn't just numerical; it was a metamorphosis of his very essence. He was no longer the same as when he started playing Rise Online, and it's safe to say that the people who crossed his path also changed in at least one respect. Thus, the narrative of their lives became interwoven with nuances.
Finally, it was time to take the next step, perhaps the biggest one, and start the first walk towards the end.

From the start, Kaizen obtained many skills, but his focus was never on this. Instead, he specialized in using his few skills in a way that would make a difference, so that even one skill could have unlimited and unpredictable ways of being used.
