「Yunshan, Flying Horse Bandit Stronghold.」

Yang Jing’s eyes sharpened. Dark Energy erupted from beneath his feet as he executed his Surging Wave Legs to their absolute limit.

Even with Liu Maolin on his back, his movents were as swift as lightning. Like a black thunderbolt, he charged toward the weakest point of the bandits’ encirclent—the northwest corner.

"Stop him!"

Seeing this, a Flying Horse Thief at the Mingjin Realm in the northwest corner broke into a savage grin.

The man was burly with thick, powerful arms, clearly an expert in Body Refinent. He was even sowhat well-known among the Flying Horse Thieves.

He sneered as he moved to intercept, his sandbag-sized fist whistling through the air as it shot straight for Yang Jing’s face. "You reckless fool! How dare you barge into our stronghold to save soone? You’re looking for death!"

Yang Jing’s eyes were ice-cold. Instead of retreating, he advanced.

He steadied Liu Maolin on his back with his left hand, and with his right, he clenched his fist and threw a punch of his own, eting the bandit’s head-on!

"THUD!"

A dull, heavy sound rang out, as if two boulders had crashed into each other.

The savage grin on the Mingjin Realm bandit’s face instantly froze, replaced by an expression of disbelieving agony.

He felt an imnse force travel from the other’s fist, surging into his arm like a tidal wave. A sharp CRACK echoed as his bones shattered, and his entire arm instantly went numb.

"ACK—"

He sprayed a mouthful of blood as his body flew backward like a kite with a snapped string, tracing an arc through the air before crashing heavily onto a pile of firewood dozens of feet away. After twitching twice, he fell silent, his heart ridians evidently shattered by the single punch.

The sheer power of that one punch stunned the swarming Flying Horse Thieves, and they instinctively slowed their advance.

None of them had expected this Mingjin Realm expert, a man of considerable strength within their stronghold, to be unable to withstand even a single punch. He had been killed instantly!

But Yang Jing didn’t pause for a second. Riding the montum of his attack, he continued his fierce charge.

"Block my path and die!"

He roared, his fists a blur of motion.

Any bandit who stood in his way, whether they swung a blade or threw a punch, was crushed by a single blow.

The sounds of cracking bones and agonizing screams filled the air. In a matter of monts, four or five bandits lay dead, each killed by a single punch that had pulverized a vital organ. Their deaths were horrifying.

Like an unstoppable blade, Yang Jing tore a bloody path through the encirclent.

Just as he was about to break free, a ghostly figure blocked his path. It was one of the Flying Horse Thieves’ leaders—the sa one-eyed man from the Dark Energy Realm who had appeared back in Black Wind Valley.

The one-eyed man had obviously sprinted all the way here, his face still twisted with unabated hostility.

His gaze fell upon the corpses on the ground, then shifted to Yang Jing. A flicker of shock in his eye quickly turned to viciousness. "You could have walked away free, but instead you chose to storm the gates of hell! Brat, you dare kill n of my Flying Horse Thieves? I’ll tear you to shreds today!"

’In his mind, Yang Jing’s ability to kill a Mingjin Realm expert with one punch ant he was at the Peak of Dark Energy, at most.’

’I might be a bit weaker, but I can definitely hold him here for a while. Once the Great Chieftain Li Qianxiong and the others get here, this brat is as good as dead.’

The thought had barely ford when the one-eyed man drew his blade. The curved saber traced an icy arc as it slashed toward Yang Jing’s waist, the sharp wind from the blade revealing his intent to cripple Yang Jing’s movent first.

Yang Jing’s eyes narrowed and his footwork shifted. Pushing his Surging Wave Legs to the limit, his body moved like a willow catkin in the wind, evading the slash from an impossible angle.

He was so fast that the one-eyed man’s vision blurred, and by the ti it cleared, Yang Jing was already at his side.

"Die!"

Yang Jing seized the fleeting opportunity. He poured all the Dark Energy in his body into his right fist, concentrating the full power of his Mountain-Shattering Fist. With the force to split mountains and shatter rock, he slamd it viciously into the one-eyed man’s abdon.

The one-eyed man’s face fell. ’This is bad!’ he thought, hastily raising his arm to block.

"CRACK!"

Another sharp crack echoed as the one-eyed man’s arm snapped. The fist, its montum barely diminished, slamd into his abdon.

"ACK—"

As if struck by a sledgehamr, the one-eyed man doubled over like a shrimp, spraying a shower of blood onto the ground.

He felt as if his organs had been rearranged. Excruciating pain instantly consud him as he was sent flying, crashing into two bandits rushing up from behind. All three tumbled to the ground in a heap.

He struggled for a mont but couldn’t even stand. He was grievously wounded and on the brink of death.

His strike successful, Yang Jing didn’t linger. With Liu Maolin on his back, he continued his charge toward the edge of the stronghold.

Behind him, the auras of Li Qianxiong and his n were drawing ever closer, giving him no choice but to press on without pause.

Even Transformation Realm masters feared falling into a trap and being surrounded, let alone him, who was carrying a gravely wounded man.

Yang Jing sprinted on, with Liu Maolin on his back and the wind howling in his ears.

Lying on Yang Jing’s back, Liu Maolin’s consciousness had mostly returned, though excruciating pain still wracked his limbs.

The effects of the Rejuvenation Pill were slowly spreading through his body, allowing him to recover enough to take in everything that was happening around him.

When Liu Maolin heard the one-eyed man’s scream and felt Yang Jing’s pace remain unbroken—still as swift as thunder—waves of shock crashed through him.

He knew perfectly well how strong that one-eyed man was. With a cultivation approaching the Peak of Dark Energy and a viciously cunning way with his curved blade, he was one of the top experts among the Flying Horse Thieves. Even Liu Maolin himself was no match for him.

’And yet, in the exchange just now, Yang Jing had grievously wounded him with a single strike!’

"Junior Brother... how is he so strong?"

Liu Maolin murmured, his eyes filled with utter disbelief.

’He rembered the training ground trials a few months ago. Yang Jing had taken fourth place, but he’d only been slightly stronger than soone at the Peak of Dark Energy.’
