Third Person’s POV
In the very next mont, a chill ran through her spine, and a scary realisation struck her that the true danger of these pale green flas was not their searing heat or mana-burning capability that was able to burn even her mana.
Their real and far more insidious ability lay elsewhere.
They were actually designed to beguile, disrupt, and blind the soul’s senses themselves, turning one’s awareness into uncertainty and clarity into chaos.
Only then did Isha fully grasp Dajjal’s sinister intent, and this realisation struck her with chilling clarity, sharpening her gaze instantly.
Yet even as her understanding solidified, she knew she had arrived at that conclusion a fraction too late, as in the very next second, sothing utterly unexpected and deeply dangerous unfolded.
The soul-confusing domain of pale green flas was suddenly torn apart as nine massive dark spears ripped through the space around her and shredded the green fla field into scattered, fading wisps.
The spears were enormous, each one as thick as a large water gallon and stretching nearly twenty tres in length.
They scread shrilly as they tore through the air, their passage leaving behind distorted ripples, as though the space they travelled through had been forcibly wounded.
Their sharp, brutal tips pointed directly toward Isha and the unconscious Ethan cradled in her arms, carrying enough montum and force to seemingly obliterate them completely.
Just its size and sharpness seed capable enough to crush their flesh, bone, and soul alike into nothing but unrecognisable ruin.
Dark runes coiled tightly around the spearheads and along their bodies, making them pulse faintly with an eerie glow.
The runes radiated a suffocating pressure, filling the air with a sense of danger that pressed heavily on the senses, and as that aura washed over her, Isha’s expression shifted subtly.
She felt no all consuming decay, nor the familiar annihilating devouring intent that typically accompanied the darkness elent.
Instead, what she sensed was sothing far more specific.
It was sothing restrictive, carrying the intent of imprisonnt.
The intent embedded within the spears was cold and deliberate, and they were designed not to destroy, but to bind, perhaps even to seal.
The instant she understood that, a chilling light flashed through Isha’s eyes, and in that brief mont, she comprehended the dark emperor’s plan completely, along with the arrogance that accompanied it, which aid to seal and imprison her.
And yet, despite having not even a single second to properly prepare for this sudden, multi-layered ambush, she did not panic.
A cold harumph escaped her lips, followed by a sharp shout that echoed faintly through the air.
In the very next instant, sothing impossible and totally strange occurred.
From her five foot five, seemingly ordinary body, nine streams of crystalline, glowing white limbs burst forth.
The sight alone would have filled most beings with instinctive horror.
Two arms erged from either side of her waist, four or five unfurled from her back, and the remaining ones extended from her shoulders, all moving with fluid precision, aiding and reinforcing each other instead of interfering with each other or abetting each other’s movents.
The mont those crystalline arms passed beyond the boundary of the white orb, they expanded violently in size.
Their surfaces hardened and transford, white scales forming rapidly as they reshaped themselves into enormous white dragon claws.
Each claw glead with radiant purity and was sharp and majestic, yet contained a heaviness that radiated overwhelming power.
Without hesitation, the nine colossal claws intercepted the incoming dark spears and caught them mid-flight.
A thunderous collision erupted as claw t spear.
Brilliant sparks exploded outward in all directions and showered the air with blinding flashes of light and darkness.
Harsh sizzling sounds followed it and were accompanied by rising smoke as intense friction ford between the two diatrically opposed forces of nature.
The air itself trembled under the strain and warped slightly as if unsure how to contain the clash.
And as this happened, Isha’s expression remained cold and composed.
With her actual arms, she was still gently cradling Ethan while she held the spears firmly in place with her crystalline arms.
Her stance was steady and unyielding, making her appear almost like a multi ard goddess suspended in the sky.
Despite the sheer violence of the attack, her appearance was unchanged.
Her posture remained relaxed, her attire undisturbed, and not a single strand of her hair was out of place.
It was a silent declaration that this ticulously planned ambush had failed to place her in any real danger.
Still, Isha did not allow herself the luxury of complacency as her gaze shifted calmly toward the distant dark maelstrom raging across the sky.
There, massive, sky-rending storms of bloody wind blades clashed violently with a colossal demonic figure, the collision tearing through clouds and space alike.
She observed it with quiet focus, fully aware that the true battle was going sowhere else and it was far from over.
The dark demonic god now wielded twin demonic sabres in its massive hands as it clashed relentlessly against the raging bloody tornado.
Each swing of the sabres carved through the violent winds, sending shockwaves rippling outward.
Black saber images accompanied by destructive dark thunder collided with the bloody storm.
A heavy suit of dark armour encased the giant body of the demon god, its surface etched with ancient markings.
Whenever the blood soaked wind blades struck it, black lightning crackled violently across the armour, scattering sparks that vanished into the chaos.
Watching those winds, Isha understood that if any being below their level were caught in that crossfire, their flesh would be sliced apart into fine, minute strips in an instant by the raging storm, leaving behind only bone, which would also be ground down into nothing but fine powder in sequence.
And even though the wind storm didn’t seem capable enough of destroying mountains and drying seas, its true danger lay in the terrifying density of its mana.
Any weaker existence might not even sense that overwhelming power before it was already too late, as attacks of actual powerful beings were not flashy.
