The endless snowfields, icy atmosphere, freezing winds, and architectural style all matched the characteristics of the north.

Yet now, he was standing inside a luxurious palace room within an unknown city.
The disconnect between those two facts made Ethan feel strangely unsettled as everything around him currently felt foreign and unknown.
He did not know how much ti had truly passed, and he did not know what had happened while he remained unconscious.
And most importantly, he did not know how he had arrived here.
The desire to uncover the truth behind everything gradually grew stronger within his heart.
And it was exactly at that mont that the room’s door suddenly opened behind him.
The sudden sound instantly alerted Ethan.
His eyes sharpened imdiately as he turned around cautiously.
However, the mont he saw who had entered the room, he beca slightly shocked as standing near the doorway was a beautiful woman clad in green robes.
Even though Ethan was genuinely surprised, he did not reveal it openly on his face.
Instead, he carefully observed the woman silently.
At the sa ti, he noticed that her erald green eyes had widened noticeably while her thin lips had parted slightly, clearly showing that she herself was deeply shocked to see him awake and standing already.
As Ethan continued observing her calmly, his gaze finally stopped upon her ears and hair.
The woman possessed long pointed ears and beautiful dark green hair.
At that instant, Ethan’s eyes widened slightly in realization because he finally understood what she was.
She was a wood elf, and to be precise, this was the first elf Ethan had ever seen in his entire life.
The elf woman in question suddenly had a delighted expression appear upon her beautiful face the mont she saw the handso young man standing awake near the huge palace window.
The soft erald green of her eyes brightened slightly with visible surprise and curiosity as she looked at him carefully.
Ethan was standing tall and straight despite the stiffness that still lingered within his body after remaining sealed inside the icy coffin for an entire year.
The pale light entering through the gigantic windows fell upon his toned figure and long purple hair, giving him an almost unreal appearance.
Especially those rare crimson eyes of his.
They were calm and observant instead of being filled with confusion or panic as Elis had expected from a young man like him.
That alone intrigued her greatly.
As she looked at him quietly, Elis could not help but marvel inwardly at the strange and enigmatic aura this mysterious young man radiated naturally.
He was unlike Erius, and unlike the many noble young masters and elf scions she had t throughout her life.
And he was also unlike the desperate wandering warriors and rugged rogue adventurers she had encountered before.
She simply could not categorize him properly.
He seed to possess traces of many different personalities at once.
There was caution within his eyes but also supre confidence in himself.
There was calmness within his expression but also hidden coldness.
At the sa ti, there was also a dangerous sharpness hidden deep beneath his composed exterior.
All those contradictory traits mixed together made him feel unusually mysterious to her.
And because of that, Elis found herself becoming increasingly curious about him.
She wanted to know his background, his story, and the reason why soone like him had been sealed within such a mysterious icy coffin deep beneath the Twin Fang Mountains.
As her eyes t his cautious but equally curious gaze that eventually stopped upon her pointed ears, Elis inwardly confird her earlier assumption.
This young man was most likely seeing an elf for the first ti in his life.
Thinking of this, a faint, amused smile appeared upon her lips.
At the sa ti, knowing that his mana veins had already been sealed completely and that he was still extrely young, Elis naturally did not consider him a threat to her.
She leisurely started walking toward him across the luxurious room.
However, it was at that exact mont that Ethan’s eyes suddenly sharpened.
A cold glint flashed within them as he instantly sensed the terrifying aura hidden beneath her seemingly gentle appearance.
He had t many Sky Realm beings before.
Because of that, Ethan was extrely familiar with the invisible pressure and fluctuations such existences naturally radiated.
And the mont Elis moved closer, he imdiately realized that this beautiful wood elf woman was a Sky Realm Mage.
Not only that, she even seed stronger than the dark knight of the Vord Family, whom Ethan had barely managed to survive against within the City of Vord previously.
But despite realizing this, Ethan did not beco fearful.
Instead, confidence surfaced quietly within his mind because he was no longer the sa Elental Sea Mage as before.
He had now stepped into the Crystal Formation Realm.
Combined with his terrifying body refinent and his twin elental affinities, Ethan no longer feared ordinary Sky Realm Mages the sa way he once had.
At least not unless they were monstrous existences on the level of Enforcent Elder Solomon or the terrifying Red Lady.
And because of this confidence, Ethan had no intention of wasting ti playing mind gas or speaking in circles.
He wanted answers imdiately, and more importantly, he wanted to reunite with his family as soon as possible.
At the sa ti, Ethan was not foolish enough to behave recklessly without understanding his current situation properly.
